If your looking for somewhere easy to check in and close to a lot of retail areas then this is the place for you!

everything was brand new - spacious, clean, great amenities - soap, kitchen basics, coffee, water, iron, blow dryer. easy to walk to stadium, restaurants etc. Fitness Center below is a little loud when they have classes but that was the only thing.

This was a great place to stay. The unit was very clean and smelled amazing! The location was great and I felt very safe white staying. It was exactly as advertised!

Really nice place! Clean, nice location downtown, and we enjoyed the community amenities. The host also provided a digital guidebook with helpful information about the building, the area, and some local recommendations. The only downside was noise from the street - we were woken up by drag racing and loud music a few times, though this is not the fault of the host. Overall, would highly recommend for a convenient place to stay when visiting downtown Birmingham.

Recently enjoyed our stay at Christopher's place. We were visiting the University for our son and the location was perfect. It's nearby, close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The house was cleaned well and parking is easy. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and very helpful to have a washer and dryer in the house as well. Christopher was great to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

What a nice place to stay. Went for softball at Alabama, a very easy drive to the campus. The backyard was great! Well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, with sidewalks (one of my most favorite things). Would stay there again for sure.

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justin's home. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. This place is sooo cute. We loved everything about it. It was so clean and smelled so good. The beds were confortable and there was everything you could need in the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again .

We were in Alabaster for MammothMarch at Oak Mountain State Park. The home was perfect for our weekend stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen had everything we needed. Communication, check in and out instructions were easy and not overly involved. I would recommend this home for a multi night stay. Beds were comfortable, hot water held up for 6 back to back showers after the hike.

This house was beautiful inside and out. Love the fact the laundry was upstairs. Mykyla even had packages of toothbrushes and toothpaste which was extremely helpful seem out of 4 of us i was the only one who brought mine. Mykyla had detailed instructions for check in and check out which was extremely helpful. She also provided disney and hulu for us to watch. Everytime i sent a message to her she was very quick to respond. Also she is very sweet and kind. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Talked to a few neighbors in passing everyone was very respectful. I definitely would stay here again. I know the rating only goes up to 5 but id definitely say this is more of a 10. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you again Mykyla for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this wonderful Southside Birmingham home twice in the past month. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and many restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is in close proximity. Furthermore, the home is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Communication is also great and the host is responsive. This home has a positive vibe and I highly recommend!

Lauren's apartment is really a delightful place to stay. It is very clean and well decorated. The view from the large balcony is splendid. The kitchen is well equipped. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. We liked the Essential in the same complex and also Wooden City Birmingham. (make reservations beforehand). We thoroughly loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent 2 bedroom condo close to Sloss Furnaces. Unit is very clean and well appointed, especially two queen beds for bad backs. Kitchen is well equipped for extended stay, and walk in shower has great pressure. Especially enjoyed the access to private courtyard and grill area. Amy is an attentive host whose messages were clear and concise without being intrusive. I will gladly stay here anytime I’m in the Ham!

Condo was clean and perfect for our stay to watch OU softball vs Bama. Close to campus and softball fields, many food options and things to do in close proximity. Chassidy was a great host, responsive and easy check in/out. Thanks again for hosting us!
