Amy’s place was WONDERFUL!! It was one of the nicest Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. It was exactly as described and then some. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything that you might need. Amy is an exceptional host and very responsive. I travel to Paducah several times a year and will definitely be booking again. Thank you Amy for a pleasant stay!

Nice big place loved the space and the master bedroom very cool . Bed was comfortable. Downtown area is beautiful. I would definitely stay again . Host was easy to get ahold of and attentive. We will be back for another stay . Bonus had my son’s favorite book Goodnight Moon . Loved all the other books and games provided as well. Nice touch

This place is fantastic! Such a cool neighborhood, the heart of downtown Paducah - surrounded by some extremely pretty architecture. Great places to eat and go out at night nearby as well. I'd stay here a thousand more times.

I loved it here! It was clean and comfortable, and a great location in the downtown area. Lots of restaurants/shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Allyson and Pat were both very pleasant and quick to respond if anything came up. I would definitely recommend staying here. :)

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. True southern hospitality. Alma's place was quiet and peaceful (which we needed after a 10-hr car ride) and she even recommended a great place to get takeout which we enjoyed on her screened in porch. She was quick to communicate. Bed was comfy. There was no TV - which was GREAT for us so we were not distracted when trying to relax. We even took a stroll in the neighborhood and felt safe. Definitely would stay here again when driving back from Florida. Worth every penny!

Excellent spacious studio apartment in a historic building in an excellent location. Located downtown and within walking distance to everything! Was especially convenient since one of our main reasons for visiting Paducah was to attend the Paducah Symphony, the AirBnB is directly across the street from the Carson Center. It's not any longer walk than if your car was parked in the parking lot. Can't say enough, we'll book again if available. And I encourage everyone to sign and look through the guest books, there are very thoughtful memories left by people far more creative than us (artists and quilters). You'll enjoy perusing them.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It has a great location, near restaurants, easy parking, lots of natural light. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t ask for a better stay.

This place was conveniently located near everything in the Downtown area. The unit itself was very big and extremely clean. The hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, and high end appliances made our stay even better! We will definitely be back!

Love the 2 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The inside is comfortable and inviting. Great location to walk to area dining and bars. David and his wife are amazing. We had a chance to meet them while there. He responded to any questions and needs we had. We can't wait for our next stay in 2026.

I enjoyed my short term stay here. The location was perfect for work. It is right across the street from Baptist Health and I was able to walk. The place was perfect for me and my pets. Very thankful they were so pet friendly! The landlords were kind and responsive and helped me with whatever I needed.

The place was really nice with beautiful trees in front and a small outdoor sitting area away from the street. Street parking was extremely easy. Inside was clean, pretty spacious and perfectly appointed. It had everything I needed for my short stay. It was very walkable and about a half mile from the Grand Lodge which was where the festivities I was there for were happening so I left my car and just walked back and forth. It felt very safe and the houses, landscaping and sculptures along the way were nice to look at. The bath tub was big and perfect for a bath at the end of the long day. They were extremely understanding about my dog breaking a silk plant pot and reasonable for the charges (he had a cone and a spazzy moment). Overall I really liked the place and would definitely stay at another of their properties the next time I'm in the area (if they'll have me after my dog's mishap).

Very resplendent! Absolutely love the theater below and views of the brick laid streets in historic downtown. Bed was really comfortable and kept me resting throughout the night. Alissa is very responsive and provides everything one would need for a night or weekend stay in downtown Paducah. Would definitely stay here again.

My family comes to Kentucky Lake every summer. We stayed at the condo for a week and we had a great time. It's definitely one of the better places we have rented. The area is very peaceful and very close to the lake. We tied up our boat and jet ski at the dock with no trouble at all. The kitchen was perfect, and we were so thankful for the washer and dryer. We were on the lake a lot during the day, and we all slept very well every night. We hardly even heard the owners living above us. Thanks for a great week!
