Absolutely beautiful home! It was even better in person. We loved the decorations and aesthetic of the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and we absolutely loved all the towels provided. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. It has a chic modern vibe but still cozy at the same time.

Our group enjoyed our stay here. The place looked better than the pictures. Our kids did not want to leave. The kitchen had all the cooking and baking tools that you need and more. The place was very clean. We had one issue with linen from one of the bathrooms, outside of that we had no other issues.

We only stayed for one night. The place was amazing . Beautiful location and the place looked exactly like what you see on the pictures . We had a great time. We wanted to extend the checkout timing and I messaged him around 12.30 midnight and he responded quickly and extended it . Will be back in the future !!!!

We had a very nice stay at the timbers. It was very clean and had everything that you needed for your stay. Definitely recommend

The house in broken bow was perfect for our family. We had 8 people that stayed comfortably. The kids played games and built a fire. They enjoyed the firepit and walking in the woods. It was a close drive to dining and the state park trails and ziplining. We had one issue upon arrival and it was quickly addressed and resolved. the maintenance guy came by within an hour or so and was friendly and funny. James is a very responsive host and usually responds within 30 minutes. The beds and the linens are super comfortable. it was very easy to settle in and feel right at home.

The whole family was impressed and ready to go back any time. Some of us had been to Broken Bow before but we were all amazed by the whole property. It was secluded with tons of trees. There’s plenty of dining, living, and sleeping space for the whole family. Yes, the floors are squeaky but no one lost any sleep over it. Overall it was a pretty nice weekend. I hope we get to stay longer next time!

The house was beautiful. It had perfect space without feeling on top of each other or too distance. I loved how cozy the house was. The sofa was perfect for naps and large enough to fit our whole family on movie nights. Beds were so comfortable that we all slept great. I’m so picky about mattresses and quality bedding. It was amazing to have that experience. Kitchen is fully stocked. We made a ton of family memories. My husband loved trying to fish at the pond just steps away. We will be back for sure.
