This was our fourth time staying at Julie’s place. Everything is always fantastic and we will continue to stay here when we visit Bentonville!

The apartment was lovely. Beautiful decor and lots of space. Spotlessly clean. Great location, close to the Square and restaurants. Mikel was very responsive and accommodating to my change in travel plans, which was much appreciated. Great place for a visit to Bentonville! Thanks you!

James and Linda are such great communicators, the place is gorgeous and the location is unbeatable.

Karen went out of her way for us. We were in town expecting a baby, and she did more than you could imagine for us. She had set up a crib, a diaper station, bottle cleaners baby laundry detergent. You name it. And this was all without us asking, just from the kindness of her heart. Wonderful wonderful host. Do not hesitate to book. You mind just end up with a wonderful friend.

Great place to stay! Clean and pretty in easy walking distance to downtown square and restaurants! Really nice!!!! Easy to deal with host and parking! Will stay there again!

I much prefer Airbnb rather than a hotel. You pay the same for a hotel and it is not always clean. Individuals take more time for attention to detail. We loved being downtown in a cute and historic place! We are country folk so it was nice to stay in a cool downtown apartment and just walk around and eat! Just loved the style of the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Steven's place! The property was super easy to find, and we appreciated the clear instructions for check-in. It’s located in a great spot—close to downtown Bentonville, making it easy to explore all the fun places in the area. The neighborhood is clean, pretty, and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Steven was also really easy to communicate with, always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Bentonville!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful inside and well worth what we paid for it! The host was just amazing! She was so very sweet and so very helpful! We came in a bit late that night but they still stayed up waiting for us to be sure we made it ok!! Even gave us directions around the area late at night! I will for sure be going back to this place and hopefully spending more time in that area next time!! The location is so amazing too and such pretty views!!! Would highly recommend this host to anyone! They were more than helpful and just the nicest couple!!!

Beautiful cabin close to town but feels private. Quiet, safe, peaceful, amazing views and a short walk to the beautiful clear river. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, had had everything we needed. Great value! Will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay in the farmhouse. We were a short drive into Arkansas for a MTB trip and loved the seclusion of the farm. Jana was super friendly and helpful. Multiple living areas and lots of beds really caters to large families and groups. The Glamping area up the hill could make for an incredible get-together if space in the house isn't enough for everyone. To top things off, we spotted a Bald Eagle in one of the trees. Can't wait to return!

It was a fantastic stay! Our float trip was 10/10 as this house was so close to the Elk River/River Ranch Resort and it felt like home after spending hours in the water. The keypad check-in was painless and there was a real key once inside the home. The space accommodated our 9 adults comfortably for sleeping arrangements. The patio had furniture and a grill available for use. The kitchen had pots/pans, plates, mugs and glasses. There were NO hand towels but there were paper towels readily available. The master bedroom had a CO2 or smoke alarm beep constantly but we were unable to access the alarm and had to sleep with the beeps, which was the only bad part of our trip. He gave recs/contact info for local shuttles and nightlife, and when the WiFi password wasn't working, his son came within the hour to assist us! I loved all the clean towels placed on the beds. If we return to Noel we definitely will stay with Jesus again!

We were very comfortable! Melissa is Fantabulous. We had some distractions on the way. Once we got to her place we were relieved and tired. There was Alot of room, water was nice and Hot so the showers were Excellent. We enjoyed her dog and I bet he misses us. We enjoyed the hot tub Friday night it was part of our " we NEED this". The Lord definitely led us the right direction and showed us it's ok to pamper yourself once in awhile. Myself and my Husband both brought our Moms with us too. O making Family memories was what this trip was about for us. Melissa made sure we were taken care of. We are DEFINITELY going back.

We enjoyed our stay here during a quick trip to experience a football game in Fayetteville! Upon arrival, the door code provided to us was incorrect but the host quickly responded with a backup code. Overall, the space was clean and exactly as described. Thanks for everything!

Great place! Couldn’t hear any neighbors, clean, comfy bed and convenient! The family room Is a little small and the pull out couch is a single, fyi. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks!

The layout was perfect for a trip with one of my co-workers. We each had a separate side of the condo for privacy and a comfortable shared area. It was very clean and is in a great location in Bentonville. Most of our meetings were in the Ledger building which was just across the street. Patrick was a great host and we’ll plan to stay with him again!

Deana was a great host! My family and I stayed for a weekend. It was super easy to park, get in and out, and focus on enjoying our stay. We had fun with the games available in the apartment, like foosball and Battle of the Sexes. Eureka Springs was such a fun town and Deana’s place was the perfect location to enjoy it.

Great view of the golf course! The place was very peaceful. The rain shower head in the master bath was amazing! Will definitely stay here again. So clean, and Marilyn was a great host!

Great place to stay in downtown! Right in the middle of downtown, walk to almost everything you need! Loved the large windows looking into downtown and spacious living space!! This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we WILL definitely be returning!

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Craig was super friendly and the condo was clean and a nice comfortable stay. It was close to everything.
