Maxwell is a wonderful host! Sadly, my children ended up very ill and we had to abruptly leave in the middle of the night for the emergency room, leaving the house a huge mess. He was so understanding, communicative, and thoughtful. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location of Eugene. I would highly recommend this house, and I truly wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful home right on the river. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and all of the little things were thought of. Would definitely recommend Tim’s place and will hopefully be back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for one month, it was suitable for our two young boys and had a lot of fun activities, the Pac-Man machine and hot tub! The host was very responsive and offered local tips for things to do and places to eat, seeing as how we are from out of town. we will recommend this Airbnb for any of our friends visiting the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for our family gathering. The host went above and beyond by providing extra amenity items, which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gathering spaces, which were wonderful for relaxing and spending time together. The instructions provided were clear and detailed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The host was very communicative and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-appointed place to stay. Julie, Mark, and Cole's place was absolutely lovely. We were so grateful to find a spot that welcomed our three kitties—a rare gem! Their home was a peaceful retreat, surrounded by beautiful views and nature. Every day was a blessing: spotting deer, turkeys, birds, horses, and their sweet cats. Their cats Bliss and Lilleth were so friendly and always said hello to us outside! We also especially loved riding Zoe and Max, and feel so lucky to have had that chance-an experience we'll treasure forever. Julie/Mark were incredibly kind and communicative, always quick to respond to any issues [and entertained all of our questions about their horses and cats, haha] via phone, text, or the Airbnb app, which made everything even smoother. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. I work from home and the wifi was great for my Zoom calls. There are a few other renters up the driveway, but they were quiet and considerate. Overall, we wish we could have stayed forever!

Perfect spot to view the mountain from our deck. The location was private, you felt tucked away even though there were houses around it. We had wild turkeys visit every day and a bunny and a doe w/ twins, too. The place was clean except for under the upstairs bunk beds.....dusty. The kitchen was well stocked. We had problems with the screens in one bedroom, they fell out when trying to open windows. Otherwise, all was perfect for our getaway!

We had a beautiful serene weekend in Black Butte at the end of February. The house was as described, with more than enough room for our family of 3. Everything was clean. The hot tub was a nice indulgence at the end of an active day at Hoodoo. There was plenty of baking equipment so we were able to make dessert a couple of nights. The books, dvds, and board games were a nice source of entertainment. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This cabin was great for the weekend to board at hoodoo. Super close to the mountain and Sisters. Really comfy place with all amenities you would need. Everything was super clean so I was able to relax. The host checked in via message proactively to help provide guidance about the cabin and area.

Would stay again! Its a beautiful spot. The airbnb itself is rustic, but cozy.

This was our third visit to Laura’s property and it once again delivered to be a great stay. We travelled with 4 adults and 4 kiddos and everyone had enough space. Everything was clean, esthetically well furnished and the host was incredibly responsive.

Such a peaceful retreat! Easy to find location but feels like we were well off the beaten path. The best stocked kitchen we’ve seen in a rental, had everything we needed and more for our weekend. Beds were super comfy. Views of the river were amazing! We also used the hot tub and jacuzzi bath, everything was super clean and had easy to follow directions. Thanks so much!

This cabin was perfect for a small family and the amenities on the ranch are fantastic for the price we paid. There was a thick layer of snow on the ground when we stayed there, which made it even more cozy, but I imagine it would be just as beautiful any time of the year.
