Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

Stella’s place was clean and located near lots of great restaurants and stores. The area is walkable which is rare for Dallas. The host was also very quick to respond to any questions. Parking situation was hassle free. Really enjoyed the pool and gym.

Loved our weekend stay in the downtown in the city for the MAVS/Lakers game. Instructions were very clear. The place was just as pictured and described. Very clean and cozy. Many eateries around this place and was in walking distance to so many things. Loved the views. Loved that the space was very open. Building very quiet inside also.

Very nice, clean place. Super comfortable had all the utensils i needed. Stocked, had nice, clean towels and shampoo. Parking was very easy. Loved that the actual room wasn’t too hard to find and right there basically at the front gate door. Host was very welcoming, making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Loved the place will definitely be back !

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a go to place for me when I’m in Dallas. Caleb was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated to my needs. Lookin forward to coming back!

Nice apartment in great location. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops and walking trails. The fenced patio and enclosed green space was a bonus for our dogs.

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

The house is extremely comfy and clean. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. Roberto is very responsive and helpful!

Terrific location and great host.

Very satisfying stay. The duplex is conveniently located to lots of shopping and close to the Dallas North Tollway. The decorations were very cute and the welcome wine and snacks were a classy touch! Heather was very responsive as I booked pretty last minute on a Tuesday evening. I'm appreciative of her accommodations on short notice. Definitely would stay here again.

Snezha was great at communicating from the beginning. We had a small problem when we got to the house, but once I messaged Snezha, she immediate called me and it was resolved. The house was easy to get to and super cute! It was perfect for our weekend girls trip! Would definitely recommend!

10/10 would recommend staying here. The place matched the description and Patrick was a gracious host always responsive. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark when we checked in (we left home late) but once we knew where it was it was always easy to find. Loved this spot so much!!!

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.
