Kyle was great and had great communication. He let us know about a broken hand rail on the stairs to the basement (there was one on both sides, so no issues). He had a handy man come and fix it during our stay, while we were out. Always responded to questions right away, like the TV didn't have netflix logged in like promised, but he offered to give me the login, I just used my own account. No issues there.

Loved our stay with our grandkids. The metro station was so close to ride into DC. A clean flat in a safe area. Christina was responsive to a question we had. We did need a car to visit downtown Alexandria and the waterfront.

Our stay at Angelica’s place was comfortable, quiet, and it more than met our needs for the week. The place was clean and stocked with necessities. No frills, but we were there to explore Old Town and downtown DC, not spend our time in an Airbnb. The best part, for us, was being dog friendly. I will say that the house itself sits on a very busy street with no fenced in yard. Leashes are a must, but the neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly. We often took the metro to DC and we were able to walk to both metro stations from the property to avoid parking. That was a bonus! The only curve ball was not knowing the property was a duplex, but going back and looking at the pictures, I should have known. That was on me. All of that to say, the property was well kept, clean, and offered all we needed for a week away from home. Both hosts were also very responsive and answered all questions promptly. No complaints.

Wonderful place. Great location in a beautiful part of DC. Just 5 min to the capital and Walkable to everything. The space was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing with all the old row houses different colors. It included free parking with was great too and the whole neighborhood felt safe. The host replied back quickly with any questions we had before our arrival. 100% recommend. We have zero complaints.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds, excellent walkable location, kitchen fully set up for cooking, and the house seemed very well-taken care of. Perfect for a group weekend away, and we'll definitely book again if we're back in the area.

Very quiet and peaceful home. Jennifer was very helpful and extremely responsive. The home was very clean and spacious, they provide plenty of activities for your entertainment or it’s extremely easy to watch a movie and just relax. The home was exactly like the pictures, check in and out was very easy.

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Lynn’s place was a great spot for a getaway out of the city and into the countryside. She was very responsive, provided all the information needed, and the Airbnb and surrounding property was beautiful. Our dogs loved getting to play and explore the grounds! Lynn had everything you need and offered a ton of suggestions if needed for the surrounding local area. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect, clean, homey, comfortable and really unique. Loved the pool, cold plunge, sauna, screen porch. We had everything we needed from fresh flowers and cookies to convenient multiple charging stations by the beds. Loved the outdoor lighting and overall coziness of this place. Quiet and peaceful, sounds of the water lapping the shore, beautiful place to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Also found some great sea glass on the beach!! Love, love, loved staying here :)

Jomeka’s place was clean and quiet. It’s conveniently located near 495 and public transportation and there are restaurants nearby. San Antonio Grill is right across the street and has delicious tacos. We will definitely stay here again.

A great house for big groups. Lots of amenities for all including children. Would be a great house for summer get away. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than any place we've stayed. Lots of rooms and plenty of space in the great room for dining, playing games and chilling out on the couches. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely go back, highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The building is modern and clean. The apartment was the same and a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is safe and the rest of DC is easily accessible.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Lisa et Brian sont des hôtes vraiment adorables, ils ont proposé des services qu’ils n’étaient pas supposé nous proposer et se sont vraiment investis pour faire de notre séjour un moment paisible et d’exception. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’emplacement. Le jardin à l’arrière et les petites promenades de quartier avec bébé étaient très agréables. Nous sommes restés 10 semaines dans ce logement et n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Brian nous a dit qu’il allait veiller à rafraîchir un peu l’appartement avec de petits travaux, et la décoration ainsi que l’équipement sont vraiment super. We loved our stay in Rafi's place! It was the perfect size for our family of four, with lots of spaces to hang out together or spread out. The kids loved the basement space and games. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and well stocked. Ample towels and even kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils. Having the parking pad was clutch, but there is also street parking available. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with friendly neighbors, and Patterson park is great for playgrounds, walks, and checking out the Pagoda. Easy to get to OPACY / M&T Bank by car (10-15 min), downtown Inner Harbor (5-7 min), Fells Point (10 min). Rafi is a great host. He called to check in and was responsive to all questions.

Had a nice stay while in the area to visit my nephew at the Naval Academy. The basement apartment is very comfortable. Area is nice and quiet and my dog loved having a yard to run in.

Nice location, great place. We would advise future guests to negotiate use of the parking space as, when we were there, parking was difficult to find.
