This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

The apartment was lovely. Spectacular location to the beautiful town of Cary. We were there one month, so I utilized the kitchen. I feel the apartment should have a king bed. We would stay again…maybe a few added things would happen. It’s a lovely apartment.

Enjoyed my stay at Hailey's place. Easy check in. Friendly, communicative, and helpful host. Very comfortable bed. Soft towels, exceptionally clean, with a modern decor and little extras to make it very homey. Would definitely stay here again!

House just as pictured. Small kitchen is well-equipped for simple cooking. Comfortable beds. Hosts were prompt to reply to questions. Lovely neighborhood for walking, jogging, biking. Walk to restaurants, Arboretum, UNCG, well-stocked small grocery store. Downtown restaurants a short drive. Streets are quiet and safe at night. It didn't bother us, but if the upstairs unit is rented you will hear some footsteps.

We came to Raleigh specifically to see an artist at the Lincoln Theater, so we wanted something walkable and we lucked out with this gem! Transfer Co. Food Hall made it easy to grab something quick and it was next to the Raleigh location of Burial Brewing. The theater and the "main drag" were a few blocks in the other direction. Also while there is ample street parking, the dedicated parking space is a lovely security blanket for those who aren't fond of parallel parking. Inside the decor was fresh and modern. I wish I'd brought my laptop to do a little work in the office/dining space just to say I did. I personally loved all the little artwork touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there's a white noise machine in the bedroom so you don't hear traffic sounds. The bedroom closets had hangers and hooks and one had a small dresser in it, so storage is covered. We are thinking about making this a yearly trip because this space was such a great home base!

Fantastic place to stay while visiting our son. Very clean, great parking and host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was very cold while we were in Raleigh but the accommodations were warm and cozy. Great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to visit.

Perfect blend of nature and convenience! This home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, nestled in a peaceful subdivision yet close to plenty of amenities. The host is incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Victor's place was just what I needed for my stay. Easy access to the highway. Close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to get there, yet far enough away I could enjoy the peace and quiet (and watch the stars). The beds were comfortable, and loved that there were extra linens and pillows!. The jetted tub in the master suite was amazing!! The place had all the basic needs for a trip away. Will definitely choose this place again if it's available when I return to town!

The neighborhood was very welcoming, and I enjoyed sipping on coffee in the mornings with the birds singing in the surrounding trees. The owners’ renovations have updated this small house to a cute home away from home!

It was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Midge was a great host, she was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

We were extremely happy with the location of this property. The property itself was beautiful and quite peaceful. David is an amazing host and was extremely helpful when needed. We plan on staying there again during our next visit to Raleigh. I highly recommend this property

The place had peaceful vibe. The aparyment was clean, comfortable and cozy. I absolutely loved the big tub!! If and qhen I need to to Raleigh I would definitely book this place again!!

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Fuquay Varina. It is a great location and easy to find. It is walkable to downtown and parks and restaurants. Kathy is very responsive to any problems or questions and has been flexible with my travel plans to the area. She is easy to work with and professional and friendly. The building is quiet; there are 4 other units but there is little noise. The unit is clean and has anything you might need. And, close to my heart…lots of hooks and labels on items. There is a lovely porch with table and chairs and steps to the back yard. She even provided a step stool in a closet that I ended up using several times during my stay. There are a few start ups that are appreciated like foil, spices and even olive oil. All of the cleaning supplies are provided so you don’t have to bring anything. Washer and dryer is a nice touch too. I highly recommend this rental which is comparable to the hotel in Holly Springs in price.

130 Longview is an oasis off the main road to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. You can take a UNC bus to campus and walk in 20 minutes. Britany's condo is tastefully decorated, and the one room second floor was a place where I wanted to curl up with a good book. Britany was responsive to all my messages. I hope to stay here again!

Much bigger than it looks in pictures, plenty of space, nice small balcony area

This was a great condo. The location is close to Village District with lots of restaurants/shops. The neighborhood felt safe. The condo had a great setup, with nice features like plentiful hangers, hooks, kleenex, sound machine, charging cubes. The bed was comfortable and the Welcome Book was clear (and we appreciate a paper book, in addition to online). Audra was a great communicator and host!
