The host was quickly to respond with instructions to access the lockbox when I arrived. Unit came fully stocked with dishes, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for my stay. The master bed has the BEST pillows i have ever slept on. Closet has plenty of space for a solo traveler. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to extend my reservation by 24hrs at the last minute. Host immediately responded with the confirmation, which was a pleasant surprise due to the short notice. The pool and grill were very nice amenities, as well as the 24hr gym. WiFi was over 300mbps, and never had any issues with connection. I recommend this place to anyone traveling for work, could not ask for a better experience for the price and location!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for us. Communicating with Christ was very good, he responded quickly and was very helpful. The elevator closer to the unit was not working, so we had to walk a little further to use another elevator. Other than that, everything else went well.

Apartment was clean and clutter free. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was stocked with many items for cooking. It was a great end unit that felt private. We brought our small puppy with us and the complex had more than enough grass and trash stations. It’s a great place and would definitely stay there again.

Whether I wanted to explore the stunning green spaces, visit cultural landmarks, or indulge in the local cuisine, everything was conveniently within reach. The moment I stepped into the Airbnb, I was instantly captivated by its charm and impeccable cleanliness. The stylish decor and cozy atmosphere created a welcoming environment that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the space truly elevated the overall experience. The hosts were outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure my stay.

Though the house was not originally clean when we first arrived, Ranin quickly rectified this and sent the cleaners immediately. The house was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the Airbnb. The price was also really reasonable for the space. We recommend this house, and Ranin was a great host!

Cute duplex right around the corner from the Bojangles' Coliseum/ Ovens Auditorium. Small, but quiet and dark at night which was perfect after getting back late from a concert. I would book this place again the next time I see a show in Charlotte and want to avoid a late-night drive home.

Truly an amazing property! Location was a great place for our family to take a break from the cold weather. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the beach and fishing opportunities. Very private and peaceful and a great place to relax. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Hunter!

Bob is an outstanding host. HIGHLY responsive and helpful. If you're staying in the Charlotte area, there's really no sense in staying anywhere else. I was reluctant to leave this review because I don't want it to always be booked when I visit my family in Charlotte but I guess I'll be unselfish and encourage others to enjoy! Thank you so much, Bob. And apologize for the broken fixtures on the table. My son broke them when we were playing pool on accident.

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

Paula was super welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again anytime! The location is conveniently 30 seconds away from a grocery store and a great coffee place.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Monique's home. She was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was roomy, comfortable, and had so many personal touches. The kitchen was fully equipped. Monique provided so many amenities in the home some of which I didn't know that I needed until I did. Our pups loved the backyard. House is centrally located to stores and restaurants but in a quiet area. We plan on returning in the spring. Thanks Monique for the wonderful stay.

Great location - very new and modern

The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment was exactly like the listing photos, and we had plenty of room for our family of four. Everything was very clean. We had no issues during our stay. I'd highly recommend this host to anyone looking to stay in this area!
