It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Always love staying at Ivan’s place. He’s extremely welcoming, responsive and available. Strong wifi and a strong fan that keeps the apartment very comfortable at all times. Great hot water, comfortable king sized bed, Previously, I mentioned to Ivan that a safe would be a welcome addition to the unit and he made sure to have one installed. Top rated host. Highly recommend. Place is beautiful and clean. Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They even put up balloons for my girlfriends birthday which looked amazing. Overall was one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

Amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars were just steps away, making it super convenient to enjoy everything Medellín has to offer. The space itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. Needs some touch ups but the Host went above and beyond to accommodate. Felipe thanks again for your rapid responses. Absolutely will stay again. Got a workout with all the stairs but the view and jacuzzi terrace worth it! Beds are a little hard but we are in Colombia not the ritz Carlton

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

Tuvimos una estadía agradable, un lugar central y tranquilo, Sebas siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, el apto cumplía con todo lo ofrecido y es bastante amplio.

Todo muy agradable, una experiencia de descanso y tranquilidad, amables las personas de la tienda de abajo. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Es un poquito retirado del centro del poblado, pero vale la pena la distancia, quedanos felices y queremos regresar. Gracias a Daniela muy pendiente de todo y muy amables.

El lugar es hermoso, cómodo, económico y limpio. Sugiero dotar la cocina con algunos trapos para limpiar. La información de los videos del check in no muestra donde están las llaves, y al preguntar se indica que en los videos se muestra que las llaves están pegadas a la puerta, lo cual se contradice y confunde. Tampoco hay información de check out, al salir dejamos las llaves donde las encontramos y salimos del Airbnb, y después nos llamaron muchas veces de forma insistente para que fuéramos a llevar las llaves, sin haberse dado cuenta de que ya nos habíamos ido. Sugiero tener un pdf o unas imágenes con las instrucciones claras del check in y el check out.

El apartamento está súper bien localizado. No necesitamos tomar uber para nada. El lugar estaba muy espacioso y muy limpio. Súper recomendado!

The place was very nice, as advertised . The only thing that would have made sense is to have had another TV in the living room and not just the one in the master bedroom. But overall , grwat place to stay. clean, convienient and well priced. everything worked and we loved it.

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

Como recomendación entregar un control adicional para el ingreso a las puertas automáticas teniendo en cuenta que la finca es para grupos grandes y no todos salen al mismo tiempo siempre.

Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona residencial, el edificio es bonito y moderno. El personal muy amable y servicial. El apartamento tiene una hermosa vista, el balcón es grande, la cama cómoda … tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía corta. Santiago el anfitrión muy atento: antes, durante y después de la estadía. La zona rosa queda a un par de minutos en carro. Quede satisfecha con la estadía.

I was very fortunate to stay in this lovely penthouse for six weeks. I particularly loved the perfect, quiet and safe location, the airy and open space of the loft, the super friendly staff (i.e. security guards) and the very accommodating hosts, Uber and Gladys. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. We could easily walk to the Poblado metro station, the Exitó store, the Sunday market on Poblado street and the mini-market store across the street. Thank you Uber!

I recently stayed at a stunning penthouse in Colombia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, offering a panoramic glimpse of the city and surrounding landscapes. The space was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, making it perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The pool and gym is on the floor above and shared. The host was also very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious stay with an incredible backdrop!

Great spot I love coming back to …I have stayed multiple times at Justin's just keeps getting better. The view is absolutely stunning to wake up to and to sit on the balcony and work. The apartment has every detail and comfort ….. The bed is super comfortable, the TV huge, the kitchen stocked, the sound system throughout the house is incredible and voice controlled (very cool) The pool, gym and steam room are perfect for the healthy lifestyle minded ; The apartment is on a dead end street so it's quiet despite being close to everything. Justin has been incredibly helpful and communication with him is the smoothest I've had on AirBNB. The reviews are spot on, if you are looking for a decked out place that has a very coobine …look no further- I can't recommend this place highly enough! Security looks after you also very helpful
