Logement très propre et fonctionnel, les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus. Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique mais très calme et paisible. Localisation oratique avec Bolt (équivalent uber) ou en voiture pour vous rendre sur Tunis, la marsa, sidi bou said ou encore gammarth. Merci à Anis pour son accueil.

Par où commencer ? Nesrine est une hôte formidable ! Malgré notre arrivée tardive celle ci nous a accueilli et a souhaité nous faire visiter la maison pour s’assurer que nous manquions de rien. Une communication parfaite tous le long du séjour ! La maison est splendide et correspond parfaitement aux photos, nous nous y sommes senti comme à la maison sans vouloir partir à la fin du séjour ! On a passé un agréable séjours chez Chahrazad. La maison est spacieuse , bien équipée et correspond aux photos. Chahrazad ainsi que sa famille sont aimables, à l'écoute at très réactifs. Merci Chahrazad pour l'acceuil chaleureux et pour cette bel expérience! Je recommande vivement cette maison pour un séjour reposant et en famille. A bientôt.

Non possiamo che raccomandare questo magnifico posto! La villa si trova in un quartiere decisamente popolare, ma non c’è da temere! Una volta passato il portico si presenta un luogo da mille e una notte di un gusto eccezionale con un’attenzione ai dettagli estrema! La posizione della villa è estremamente strategica, vicina all’aeroporto, a Cartagine, al centro di Tunisi e Gammarth. Vicini ci sono supermercati e benzinaio . Albert merita moltissimi complimenti sia per la gentilezza che per l’organizzazione. Inoltre ci ha dato moltissimi suggerimenti azzeccatissimi! Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di stare nella suite topaze che dà sulla piscina, assolutamente splendida. Piccolissima pecca, essendo fuori stagione la stanza era pulita ma un pochino polverosa e con qualche insettino! Noi abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno e ringraziamo tanto Albert! Speriamo di tornare presto!

Nous avons été très content de notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec une deco incroyable où on s’y sent a l’aise tout est à disposition pour cela. Le confort des lits la qualité haute gamme du mobilier. La propreté irréprochable. Merci à Yassine je reviendrais .

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

Martial nous a récupéré à l'aéroport. Notre avion arrivant le matin Martial nous a laissé occuper le logement avant l'heure prévue ! C'était très appréciable de pouvoir poser nos valises des notre arrivée !! Encore merci ! Nous avons eu le droit au petit plateau de bienvenue (café, thé, pain de mie, beurre ......) ce qui est très gentil ! Le logement correspond aux photos, bien placé au sud de la medina. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 18th-century riad in the heart of Tunis Medina. The contrast is striking—step from the bustling streets into a peaceful, quiet retreat. The riad is perfectly equipped, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning decor that feels like a work of art. For an additional cost, the host prepared us a delicious Tunisian breakfast, which we highly recommend! The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views over the Medina making it the perfect spot to relax. Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully designed for an authentic and relaxing stay. The host was very welcoming and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for history, charm, and comfort in the Medina, this riad is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

This is my second time staying at Zeinab’s! It never disappoints. The apartment was so clean for our arrival. The location is great in my opinion. So close to the walkable Medina, one of my favorite parts of the city. The private rooftop is a great place to spend time in the sun with your morning coffee. The apartment is set up to feel like a home, not an Airbnb rental. I feel so comfortable in it. Thank you for everything Zeinab!

The place is really nice and extremely comfortable. With 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, it was more than enough. But what made our stay beyond expectations is Raja and Mo. She was sooo kind and even when I got sick she made me food and brought it to me. Mo picked us up from the airport and drove us to see the different sites. He even brought me figs to take back to my mom. We really felt like it was home away from home. The area is a town, with simple people and big hearts. The souks and some of the attractions are 20 min walk or 8 min by taxi. Download “bolt” for taxi service, it’s like Uber. There a fruit market 5 min walk and a lot of restaurants and cafe around. I will truly miss being here.

Belle maison dans une partie calme et très belle de la médina. Tout est à proximité. La maison est charmante et grande. Si c'est le neuf et le grand luxe que vous cherchez, passez vote chemin. Mais pour un séjour authentique, au calme, en plein cœur de la médina, foncez. Vous en aurez pour votre argent. Emir et sa sœur ont été très réactifs et tout à fait gentils. Merci à eux. J'espère que nous aurons la chance de séjourner chez eux à nouveau.

We truly enjoyed our trip and stay! This was one of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in through Airbnb, with thoughtful attention to detail. We especially loved spending our evenings by the cozy fireplace—it was such a relaxing highlight. Houda was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and attentive. She even went out of her way to drop off extra firewood when we were running low, which we greatly appreciated. A few points to note: - During our stay, there was unusually severe rain that caused some leaks in the house. Houda addressed the issue quickly and explained that this was rare for Tunisian weather, where homes are designed for better ventilation in the heat. - Travelers should know that the apartment is a bit off the beaten path from the more touristy areas of Medina. While we felt safe traveling with my male partner, the streets are not well-lit at night, which could be unsettling for female or solo travelers.

Great location five minutes walk from the Medina. Fantastic value, nothing comparable for the number of people it can accommodate anywhere else in the city. Host was delightful, brilliant flexibility for both check-in and check-out and had provided essentials for our stay. Comfortable furnishings in every room, aircon in all rooms and well appointed bathrooms throughout. Nice terrace and garden area, though we didn't use these and a really well equipped kitchen with large dining table. Would 100% stay again. Only thing for travellers to remember is that internet connection in Tunis is generally quite poor, not specific to this place. Use an alternative (e.g. eSIM and hotspot if you need).
