My son and I had a wonderful stay. Maria, Yorgos and Dimitra were wonder hosts. They were so accommodating, helpful and kind, driving us to the supermarket when the one in fiskardo closed, the wonderful breakfasts and for tips and suggestions and generally being very welcoming. The apartment is beautiful stunning views from the balcony with everything we needed, and in a perfect location for Fiskardo and all the surrounding beaches. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

Η φιλοξενία μας ήταν υπέροχη! Δεν έχω λόγια για τις παροχές και την καθαριότητα! Είχε όλες τις παροχές και ακόμη παραπάνω! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη! Η επικοινωνία μας ήταν άψογη! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, εκπληκτικά καθαρό θα έλεγα! Μας παρείχαν τα πάντα, από καφέ μέχρι μαντηλακια ντεμακιγιαζ! Έχω μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα Airbnb εντός Ελλάδας και εκτός και πρώτη φορά έμεινα θετικά έκπληκτη! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επισκεπτόμουν σίγουρα ξανά!

LA CASA DI MARINA E' PERFETTA, LA CONSIGLIO VOLENTIERI A TUTTI I MIEI AMICI, IN CASA TROVI DI TUTTO, LA CASA E' SPAZIOSA E COMODA. LA PISCINA E' GESTITA IN MODO IMPECCABILE, NELL'ATTESA CHE GLI ALTRI MEMBRI SI PREPARAVANO PERE USCIRE LA SERA IO TRASCORREVO UN'ORA IN TUTTO RELAX IN PISCINA. LA CASA E' VICINA AL CENTRO DI LEFKADA MA IN UNA ZONA MOLTO TRANQUILLA. ESSENDO UN'ISOLA MOLTO GRANDE E' OBBLIGATORIO SPOSTARSI IN AUTO.

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

I had been wanting to visit Ithaki for a long time and I got there on literally the last ferry and was lucky enough to count on Anastasia's home to welcome me there. The house is equipped with everything one might need for a short vacation, is 2 minutes away from the port, the cafeterias, taverna, etc. The environment is quite and inspires trust. I even walked up to the so called Odysseus Palace (ca. 50 minutes up the hills), it was a beautiful and symbolical walk, which one can do by car in probably just 10 minutes. Anastasia has a very warm, welcoming and always ready to help presence. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, it was a pleasure. Hopefully see you next time!

Robertos Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kalamos! Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist gut durchdacht. Wir haben uns dort und in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Mytikas ist ein bezaubernder, unaufgeregter Ort mit wenigen Touristen. Man kann dort klettern, wandern und in dem kristallklaren Wasser wunderbar baden und schnorcheln. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und zwei Mal verlängert. Bei Problemen standen uns Roberto und Evi jederzeit mit viel Engagement zur Verfügung. Beide sprechen sehr gut Englisch!

Overall this was a great stay. The home was neat and clean. The location was very quiet and it is recommended to go at a slow pace on the smaller roads, all flat, as you approach the home. All of the rooms had A/C which was great. The beds were made everyday and the shower had very good water pressure. This was a pleasant stay.

Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer, die Waschmaschine und die in der Wohnküche befindliche Klimaanlage. Der kleine Weg zwischen Terrasse und Meer ist absolut nicht störend, er ist nur für Fußgänger und nicht für Autos! Man hat tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Restaurants und der Bäcker aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der ideale Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber abends trotzdem in Ruhe, ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es wäre toll, wenn in Zukunft eine Kaffeemaschine und zwei Sonnenliegen vorhanden wären. Ansonsten hat man alles vorgefunden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Stayed here for 4 nights in April 25. Great communications with our host who met us on arrival and was quick to respond to messages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and attractively decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Effective heating/air con. The huge bed was comfortable and we slept well, although optional extra bedding would have been appreciated as the nights were quite cool. The pullout sofa bed was also comfortable for our 16yo. The shower is absolutely fabulous. The location is great, just a scenic 10 minute walk into Agia Effimia, or a 15 minute drive down to Sami, with some lovely beaches dotted around. The views from the apartment are stunning and the patio catches the sun through till mid afternoon, so perfect for peaceful relaxation. Recommend and would return.

This was our second stay with Ioanna... Absolutely fantastic. The hospitality shown from this lady is second to none, as she goes way over what is expected from a host. The room is spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony is world class.... We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and drinks when the sun was going down.... Incredible. The village itself is a lovely small Greek fishing village with plenty restaurants, some lovely gifts shops and beautiful Greek bakers shops It's a couple of minutes walk from the apartment into the centre. We would definitely recommend Ioanna's place to everyone. Thank you again Ioanna❤️

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

Die weitläufige Gartenanlage mit dem Häuschen hat eine unschlagbare Lage und tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Zugang zum Meer ist problemlos über Treppen erreichbar. So schön vom Steg aus den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten! Es gibt Liegen und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.( Und nur von außen erreichbar.) Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind auch zweimal nach Nydri gelaufen (Tipp: Cruise mit der MS Christina vom Hafen von Nydri aus). The Sea Martin ist unbedingt eine Empfehlung wert!!

Die Unterkunft, die Lage und das Haus sind einfach nur Grossartig. Die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der kleine Strand in der Nähe ist ein Naturstrand mit den dazu gehörenden Seegrasrückständen. Aber sonst absolut sauber und ruhig. Kostas hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, uns persönlich zu begrüssen. Zu unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank für unser nächstes Frühstück gefüllt, eine Flasche Wein aus eigener Produktion auf dem Tisch. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Kaminia blue sehr genossen.

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα στην Πρέβεζα ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν για μια ευχάριστη εξόρμηση από την πρωτεύουσα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, κοντά στο κέντρο, σε παραλίες και αξιοθέατα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άψογη! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το μέρος σε όποιον αναζητά ηρεμία και άνεση στην Πρέβεζα!

Η Βασιλικη ηταν πολυ καλη οικοδεσποινα και το σπιτι ηταν πολυ καθαρο.

Lovely apartment with excellent views . Marina's place was well appointed and everything worked very well. Marina was happy to accommodate our request for beach towels, extra set of keys and a late check out. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of local amenities. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

What a wonderful few days we had at Vicky’s View. It absolutely has the wow factor when you walk through the door and the facilities were top notch. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea was a particular highlight. Charlie’s Dad (Nick?) lives on site and was welcoming and friendly, and went as far as helping us to hire a boat on one of our days. Assos itself is just beautiful. Peaceful and quiet, which was just what we were looking for. We hired a car and the public car park was only a minute away on foot. Parking was no problem at any time. Charlie was responsive in comms and very accommodating with our request to adjust our booking. If you are staying here, I would suggest you hire a car so that you can make the most of beautiful Kefalonia. Many small towns are just a short drive away but this was the perfect tranquil base. We had an amazing time, would highly recommend.

If I could give 6 Stars it would still be too little. We loved the house and felt very comfortable. The host was amazing, the house was amazing and the town was great. The house looks better and more spacious than in the pictures. Everything was working perfectly, I highly recommend. Thank you for hosting us.
