An absolute hidden-gem in the midst of the cleanest village in Asia. I had such a pleasant experience, right from checking in to checking out. The staff here is so polite, well-behaved and accommodating that you'll be left with a happy and warm feeling throughout your trip. The home-cooked food we had was one of the best (the sesame chicken was *chef's kiss*) We would absolutely visit again!

The place is very clean and the staff is very courteous. Mr. Wallam is a very nice and helpful person.

It was a beautiful place with common space to sit and a common veranda for outside sitting. The staff was very helpful and liked the services too. They served us with a local thali on the last evening and it was just superb! Thank you very much!

Streamside Guest House in Mawlynnong is a lovely guesthouse in the cleanest village in the Asia and it is a quaint and beautiful place to relax and unwind after spending the day walking about the clean and flower-lined streets of the village. The rooms are spacious and clean, there's lots of greenery around and most importantly there is hot water and a shower with great water pressure. The dining hall is by the entrance and serves a delicious khasi style thali of chicken curry, veggies, rice and dal.
