The stay in 240 Residence was very pleasant. We would rate it 10 out of 10. Thanks to Ly we have managed to sort out all minor details very quickly too. We will certainly return!

The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

The flat is small but big enough for 2 people, it's very safe and very quiet for a good sleep! The area provides plenty of choices for restaurants as it's 2 mn walk from the Asiatique Riverfront and it's night market. The swimming pool is a big plus! I definitely recommend and will most probably come back.

Very helpful host and great location

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

I simply loved this studio. Felt cosy and at home. Superclean, the appliances are modern and I loved the view from the 20th floor. The pricey gym and pool are managed by the building, and alas the heating of the pool didn´t work, but this is not affecting my review of the studio itself. 5 stars all the way! 💚

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

Shirley was a fantastic host! She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt safe and right at home. Shirley was in constant communication with me and even picked us from the airport. The place was clean and had everything we needed, I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Experience at Win's Apartment. We had a wonderful stay at Win's apartment. The highlight was definitely Mr. Wanchai, the host's father, who was incredibly kind and always available to assist us. His responsiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff at the gate were also fantastic—always friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Host was friendly and profesional. one of the best airbnb apt which i have stayed in Ha Noi. its friendly and full of facilities. the apt was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Highly recommend!!!!!

Having travelled Vietnam for 2 weeks, we have been in varying types of accommodation. However, this stay was by far the closest thing to home in the sense of comfort and care from Ms Huong. She truly went above and beyond in ensuring we were well looked after, doing our laundry and refreshing our towels without even asking to do so. The location and apartment were both spectacular, but it was truly Ms Huong that made this stay so incredibly memorable.

Gale has been very helpful, the process has been very smooth and efficient. I also received guidance about the places around and what places will be the best to visit. Great experience! I will definitely be back soon.

It is a wonderful apartment to stay. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room. Everything in the house is new, then the owner arranged and decorated it very beautifully. That makes me feel very happy. The location of the apartment is very good. It is very peaceful and fresh. In addition, you can walk in the area and find anything you want. It has everything available and it is easy to find it. Very wonderful. I will come back. Highly recommended!

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
