Great place to stay. like a little oasis in the middle of the jungle! Jonathan was a great host and you won't be disappointed with his condo. will definitely be back.

I stayed here for 2 nights and everything was like how it's advertised. The place is near 7-1q and Tops supermarket and a few local restaurants near by. Room is clean and there are extra blankets in the wardrobe. There are enough cooking utensils and I could cook easy meals here. Gym and swimming pool are great! Feel like home staying here and would definitely come back if I come to Pattaya again.

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

3박4일동안 지내기에는 적당한 숙소 였다고 생각합니다. 대체로 생필품이 갖춰져 있엇고 호스트의 세심한 배려가 돋보였습니다. 가족여행으로 적합한 숙소 인것 같습니다. 주방의 조명이 좀더 밝았으면 좋겠습니다. 가족들과 방콕 여행에서 좋은 추억남기며, 한편 맛잇는 태국 음식도 만들어 먹으면서 내집처럼 편히 머물다 갑니다.

Jae was extremely helpful from the moment I made my booking! He was replying immediately and let me check in 5hours earlier. It was last minute booking and I had some issues with my luggage not arriving to the airport. Jae kindly spoke with people from the airport and picked up the suitcase for me. Really friendly person and extremely helpful. Highly recommending this stay!

C’est la cinquième année que nous louons un appartement dans cette résidence très agréable , calme et située au bord d’une belle plage et la deuxième fois consécutive chez Tanya qui est une propriétaire très efficace et très réactive pour résoudre le moindre problème . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement avec ses deux chambres , ses deux salles de bain et ses deux balcons .

The perfect place to stay in Pattaya for me. The Edge Cental Pattaya Condos deserves more than just 5 Stars. And the owner Kate is fantastic. She was always quick to respond to my questions and requests. The best recommendation I can give is that I would once again ask Kate to allow me to stay in her condo when I vacation the next time I vacation in Pattaya.

Communication with the host was excellent. I would say it is a calmer side of town, away from the main touristy areas. The place is very close to BTS so it’s incredibly convenient for getting around Bangkok. Benny knows a lot of great places around the area.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. The place is located in a gated community with a great pool built like in an amusement park. Great for kids. Residents and Security guards are friendly and helpful. It's a small walk from Jomtien Beach and Night Market which we enjoyed a lot. It would have been great if some coffee and sugar had been provided but it isn't a deal breaker.

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall, it was a great experience. The price was very competitive and the location is superb, with plenty of shops nearby. The facility offers a spacious hall and a refreshing pool, adding excellent value to the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi was impressively fast. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. The only drawback was that the room occasionally had an unpleasant smell, but it didn't overshadow the many positive aspects of the accommodation.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
