We felt very welcome in Mariam's home. She made us feel at home. The cats are funny, shy and curious and if you love curious cats around you, this is your kind of place. We didn't have enough time to get closer with the dogs but let's see next time. The residential neighbourhood is relaxed and much quieter then downtown. Going around with Grab is quick and easy and cost about 6000-7000 Riel to/from the city center. Thanks for having us in your home!

Amazing place in the middle of nature. I had a pleasure to stay at Vichutas for 3 nights and only regret I have is that I didn't take couple more days there. Actual place is very simple and has everything you might need. The housekeeper made delicious brekkie each morning. So if you want a really serine and peaceful experience then I would recommend to give this place a try. Oh and you can have fresh fruit from the garden... thats a huge bonus! Vichuta was super helpful with all my needs and helped me so much with my travels afterwards also, which im deeply grateful. If I come back this way, will def.book this place again. Thank you 🙏

A great spot for our family of four. Easy access to Sky Train. Safe neighborhood. Loved being able to cook easy breakfast in morning. Host is lovely and offers great details for arrival.

Alles super sauber. Verbrauchsmaterial, wie Shampoo, Seife, Toilettenpapier usw. alles da. Auch Handtücher. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen.

Hoa was an amazing host!!! So nice and welcoming, she made it feel like home for us. She even took us out for Mid Autumn Fest! We definitely would stay with her our next trip for Vietnam. Oo, we also would take her cooking class next time too 😊🖤

I *highly* recommend this AirBnb, especially if you have kids and are on a budget! It was spotlessly clean, lots of communal spaces to hang out during the day. We were stuck in Bangkok due to visa issues for Vietnam and ended up staying here for more than a week. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. I had issues with the wifi and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to get on my work calls. It's a bit of a hike to get to markets and public transit, but transportation options were clearly posted. I was initially a bit worried at how close it was to the freeway, but it ended up not being an issue at all. Overall the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the space felt like a home away from home. Everything was super clean and beautiful and very nice!!!

We had a wonderful stay! It matched the description perfectly. Everything was squeaky clean and the kitchenette was really well equipped. It is quiet and within walking distance from nice restaurants in D2. Highly recommend😊👌🏼

the room is very spacious, is on the 3rd floor, the view is directly to the street. also close to the mall (emsphere & emquartier). free breakfast from cafe. there is no elevator here, so you have to take the stairs, it’s a bit difficult for those who bring large suitcases. but overall is good.

Absolutely wonderful. The stay was filled with beautiful art and decor. Very warm comforting feeling. Very comfy and regular refreshments. The place was just perfect for a stay,quiet from the busy Bangkok city. The host were absolutely brilliant lovely family very helpful. We was made to feel safe and welcome from the moment we arrived. Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, nach nur 1 bis 2 Minuten hat man viele lokale Geschäfte zu Fuß erreicht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Minh Thanh war ein sehr geduldiger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Für mich persönlich bisher die beste Unterkunft in Ho Chi Minh
