We only stayed one night before a cruise the next morning and left wishing we had been able to spend more in this darling little condo. Everything was very clean and organized and the condo overall was absolutely adorable. Check in was a breeze and Genna was a great host. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! A clean, nice neighborhood, excellent communication, and a good location to other fun things/beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Quick trip to Cocoa beach… and a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place. It is equipped with everything you need for a nice trip.

Amazing!! For the age of the building, it was very modernized and the place was spotless! It was so nice to walk across the street to the beach. I’m not one to leave reviews often but this one deserved it! Cocoa Beach is a hidden gem.

Great place to stay right in the heart of everything. Steps to the beach, the bar, the restaurants! We will definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed for a one night stay after returning from our cruise. The price was extremely reasonable, it was walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and things to do.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unserem Sohn im Apartment. Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß erreichen und unser Sohn hat sich sehr über die vorhandenen Strandutensilien gefreut. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Location was fantastic. Dolphins hang out at end of inlet. Went kayaking twice a day...saw manatees, all kinds of birds, dolphins. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great. For what you pay for a hotel, this is tons more value for your money. It feels like actual living in cocoa beach, not just a tourist. Beach is super simple, short walk away. John provided tons of beach gear. He was super kind and helpful. One of the best Airbnb host/location I have experienced. Definitely will stay here again.

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Stay was good for what we needed. It accommodated sleeping arrangements for our large party. House does need some work but they were very upfront about that. Let them know anything that was broke or not right just to be sure and they were very responsive. The area is in an older area, so some of the houses are run down but very close to a nice beach. Overall it worked well for us for our stay before the cruise.

Nari was a great host with perfect communication. The house & surrounding areas were exactly as described. No issues with steps (as some have noted). The sleeping area is well separated from the living quarters and the deck outside along with the reading loft gave plenty of space for all of us. Laundry on the 2nd floor is a great value add! Satellite Beach itself is perfect with the beach directly outside of the home and not too busy. We were able to see a space launch from Cape Canaveral (Blue Origins - New Glenn). Highly recommended! Incredible private beachfront property with lovely pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball court. Home was very clean and was equipped with many amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Daniel (the host) and Zak were amazing to deal with. They made sure our stay was a memorable one. A wonderful vacation spot! Thank you Daniel!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

Location, location. What an amazing view to wake up to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is very easy to get around the area, so much to see and do or do nothing and relax on the beach only a few steps away. Lori, our host, was very quick to reply to any requests or questions. She provided us with suggestions on attractions and dining in the area. We will definitely be back and very highly recommend.

We made a quick trip for a wedding. Andrea accomodated our needs perfectly with her friendly communication, local suggestions, and easy access to the beach during free time! We loved our time there and would highly recommend you consider visiting! Easy to locate, park, and check in and out. :)

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Our stay at Indialantic Beach Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is close to pool and beach with stunning views. The home itself was clean and beautifully maintained, with 2 spa like bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms. Our host Olga was fantastic and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great hospitality, this is the place to be.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We have stayed in many condos throughout FL but Elenys was by far the best! She had everything you could think of from every day kitchen utensils, supply of paper products and laundry detergent, plenty of extra blankets and towels, and all your beach needs like boogie boards and beach chairs. This condo overlooks Cocoa Beach- the sunrise from this condo was amazing! There are all new appliances which adds to the comfort of the condo. Eleny was available at all times for questions and concerns. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
