他の人が書いてるレビュー通り、この家はインテリアがとても素敵でmarcoさんの愛情がたくさん詰まっています。加えて、私たちがこれまで経験したAirbnbとは異なり、まさにmarcoさんが普段住んでいる家に居候するような感じで、リビング、キッチン、ベッドルーム(クローゼット含む)には彼の素敵な趣味のものがたくさん詰まっています。特にキッチンは設備が充実しており、私たちに基本的な食料まで用意して迎えてくれたのでとても助かりました。また、タオルはたくさんあります。 プールも天気が良ければ気持ちよく、子供が遊ぶのに最適です。立地もビーチに近く、毎朝散歩していました。メルボルンの少し郊外で、ゆっくりするにはお勧めです。

Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

We absolutely loved Rebecca’s place! It is filled with character and has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area, perfect for the whole family. The house has plenty of natural light and has all necessary amenities. We also loved the location as it was just around the corner from many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and the pier. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again Rebecca!

Highly recommend this beautiful home to stay with your family. Mario’s was ready to assist when needed whether it was with the BBQ or hearing the pool. Location was good with plenty of shops nearby to walk too and also train station. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Thankyou to our hosts Kind regards Bryant family

Viv was amazing and very helpful. We organised a last minute vacay for the day and she had it all sorted for us the day before super appreciative. Home is gorgeous and the views peaceful, pool is way larger than pic and was definitely a highlight, parks and soccer goals next door kids were all entertained. Was a bit warm upstairs other than that place was excellent we will definitely be back

had a great stay at this house! me and friends loved having the pool because it was extremely hot during the stay. I also got ready for my wedding here and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. we also made use of the bbq and pool room. great amenities! easy check in and check out. thanks heaps for a great place in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Bang’s place. His place is within walkable distance (10 min) to tram line direct to city center. Lovely local coffee shop close by too. His place was as described, reasonably clean and perfectly spacious for our group. Would definitely stay again when in Melbourne next.

Highly recommend staying at the Carlton Hideaway! We stayed over the Grand Prix weekend and had a wonderful time making the most of its proximity to quaint neighbourhoods and quick access to the CBD. Recommend hiring the Like bikes and exploring whilst there, super fun and affordable way to see the city. We were very comfortable, the property had everything you’d need and useful written ‘how to’ notes across the property to help guest experience. Slightest downside would be the back alley road the property it on, we arrived back late at night most evenings and the road is very poorly lit and on occasion had people sitting on the kerbs smoking or drinking. It was fine with my partner present, but as a young woman I may have felt uncomfortable walking alone. If arriving at normal hours and / or with someone it would be absolutely fine :)

Vivian's place is awesome, beautiful property, had everything we needed for our family of four with small children. Clean, tidy, outdoor space lovely for dinner in evenings and great location. Lovely and quiet, perfectly located in lovely neighbourhood, lovely parks, shops, pools etc good coffee / brunch spots close by... tram stop is super close so easy access to Smith street etc for shopping Vivian was wonderful, very responsive and proactive - giving us heads up for local activities happening for the kids which really made our trips extra special Couldn't recomend this place enough!

perfect place. tranquil yet felt so central. the house is so well appointed and comfortable, but also “lived in” so we felt right at home. Anne the host was lovely, super helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to everyone.

Great location and very unique space! Chris was an awesome host and especially attentive to our needs. As a very tall person, the short door frames were a little tricky to navigate.

Fabulous location. So many places within walking distance. The house was the perfect size for two people to live comfortably. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The only thing we thought could perhaps have been better was the sitting area.. we found the tv too small and the couch uncomfortable. Only a very minor thing but good to know if you’re planning on spending evenings in. We had no trouble parking, just make sure you let Kara know you have a car in advance. Kara was super easy to communicate with and check in and check out are simple. Overall a fabulous place to stay in South Melbourne

I usually stay in the middle of the city but wanted somewhere a bit more laid back and quiet, Craig’s place was a perfect find! Quiet street, with a lovely spot to sit outside to enjoy the garden (and feed the fish). Short walk to the end of the street to woolies, takeaways and a nice independent bottlo with a huge range of nice craft beers 😁 Tram stop reasonably close, or an uber was quick and an average of $12-14 or so getting into the cbd The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were also given local recommendations and plenty of info to get us started! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere just out of the CBD enough for a bit of relief from city life, but still close enough to take advantage of all its pros! Would happily stay here again 😊

A great house in a wonderful spot. The best Air B&B we have stayed in. It is just as nice as the photos and description.

We had a fantastic family get-together in a beautifully designed space that offered a relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal for kid-friendly activities, with the Nature Park and playgrounds within walking distance. Plus, the nearby cafes, supermarket, and city centre made everything incredibly convenient. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, whose response exceeded our expectations!

Cute little abode that was a stone throw from some great restaurants. Central location, good and clean.

We had a great stay at Anthony‘s place that offered us a central base for our 5-night trip to Melbourne over Christmas. With two dogs the location was ideal, with a little back courtyard and around the corner from the Gasworks. A perfect place for a city escape. We‘d stay again!

We had a great Stay at Christy's Middle Park Townhouse. Perfect location for walks at Albert Park and along the foreshore to St Kilda. Local shops and resturants recommended by Christy were great. We came down for the tennis and saw so much more. The Townhouse was everything we expected and was so clean and spacious. We have made some great holiday memories. Thanks Christy.
