My partner and I spent ten days in Carolyn's apartment and really loved it. The other reviews say it all - the space is quite ingeniously set up, so that even though it's a relatively small apartment, it has distinct spaces for working, sleeping, chilling etc. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed down to an umbrella. Perhaps most touchingly, it's been decorated and set up with a real sense of personality - the best kind of AirBnB. Thank you for having us Carolyn!

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the action, just off Chapel Street in Melbourne's most vibrant neighbourhood. Very convenient for tram routes to the city centre and Richmond. Very safe and secure. Excellent hostess.

My family spent five nights at Nina’s lovely Williamstown Loft; we had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend Nina’s apparentment. The location was close to shops and the train station. We had a hire car for part of our vacation, and secure garage parking was provided with additional kerbside if required. Williamstown was a fantastic suburb to base ourselves for sightseeing, Thank you, Nina, for providing a brilliant Airbnb experience; your property was ideal for our stay, making our time in Melbourne memorable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A terrific location if you like the hustle and bustle of Bridge Road Richmond. An easy commute into the CBD and surrounding shopping strips.

This place is very arty and quirky. How is friendly and made us feel at ease. The linen is great quality cotton. House is cluttered but that didn’t bother us and I felt that it was very clean. It’s a shared arrangement with the host in case that isn’t understood, however the accommodation was separate and private. The location is super-central- so many clubs/cafes/restaurants and trams near by.

Ideal for what I needed. Noticed the same issues that were mentioned in the previous reviews so I was expecting it. Also had an issue but I had the opportunity to meet the guy responsible when I was waiting for my ride and everything went well. Great location, close to many shops, restaurants…

What a fabulous apartment and great host whose communication and flexibility was greatly appreciated. Out of the busy city centre but still close to public transport and everything we needed including walking distance to the MCG. Beautifully decorated apartment with all the necessities needed and extras. Fresh bedding, towels, bathroom pack, and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended.

Great apartment for a group get together- with the pool table and entertainment area and lounges we had a great time hanging out in the apartment. Max gave us early access and the check in was very easy.

I had a wonderful stay at Craig's apartment. The place was spacious and was well set up with everything you need.

I loved staying here! I understand some of the other reviews that said it was a bit smaller than expected from the photos, but it was perfect for my needs. Amazing location, lovely view, unique space, very comfortable bed, super responsive and friendly host. I would definitely recommend it for a shorter stay, especially if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to return to after a big day of exploring the CBD. Would happily stay here again

James' apartment was in a fantastic location proximate to Queen Victoria Market and walkable to city centre, or could easily hop any of the trams nearby. Cafes and restaurants galore. Could benefit from a folding clothes rack for a small wash, and the only spare quilt had a huge stain on it. Apart from that the apartment presented very well. Bedding=1 q/bed +1 d/bed, so it was a bit squeezed for 2 adults+2 teens, but do-able. The major let down was KeyNinja - we were left waiting out front on the street for 3/4s of an hour passed the agreed time, only to have a Chinese student run passed us, 'throw' us a set of keys as she kept moving while glancing at our ID, without so much as a word. She had messaged us (not her employer) 5 mins before the agreed meet up time saying she'd be half hour late, but was even much later than that, and the excuse was lame. Attitude was couldn't have cared less. Sadly these things make lasting impressions. Otherwise great apartment.

Another fantastic stay. 3rd time at location and host couldn’t be anymore helpful and or accommodating, communication is acceptional and the place is great. Will be booking again once dates are confirmed for my next trip
