It’s a well located apartment with stunning city view. Host is easy to communicate with and responsive!

Good location in the cbd, it is in a hotel right next to Chinatown and QV Mall and a short walk to the trams. We arrived at 2am but check in was easy with the lockbox. The kitchen was well-equipped with a rice cooker etc and the electric cooker was easy to use. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The bathtub may be an issue for guests with mobility challenges. We had a minor issue but it was promptly attended to. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay. Very pleasing to the eye with everything we needed with children staying. We would have loved an earlier check in time but besides that everything was perfect! Thank you Frazer!

A great place to stay in vibrant Smith St Collingwood. So many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The classic terrace has been fitted out in a lovely style and the living space upstairs is a fabulous and spacious room. Kizzi & Michael were very friendly and responsive, helping out quickly to fix a small problem. Unexpected bonus was the courtyard with the basketball hoop.

Loved this place, only thing to keep in mind is that theres no windows so we got a little mixed up with time + no sunlight

I enjoyed my stay in the appartment. It was very convenient and easy to get to different places from. The appartment had everything I wished for such as a equiped kitchen, washingmachine and a nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable.
