Nice peaceful condo with a pond located within walking distance to the beach (about 13 minutes). Location is also close to shopping centers and grocery.

Maricel showed up in person on my arrival with a TV cable just in case we had a problem. Our TVs both worked fine (one in the bedroom, one in the living room) so we did not need the cable. Still, it was so nice to know that Maricel is a real person who is actually nearby and responsive to problems.

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

The condo was perfectly situated and very comfortable. The resort has wonderful facilities and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

Deb was easy to communicate with, she was flexible with dates, was very accommodating, and provided a great experience. The place was exactly how it appeared in her photos and was great. My family had an amazing trip thanks to her

I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was as well equipped as this one. From laundry and dish dishwashing pods, to cleaning supplies, to toilet paper, to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. But there’s more — coffee pods and regular ground coffee, and even little snacks. Bonnie was so quick to get back to us whenever I had a question. The place is awesome.

The condo was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean, well stocked, and very nicely decorated. The pool was a quick walk and chairs were always available. There is plenty to see and do in and around Melbourne. And lots of restaurants. We would love to come back!

5 stars across the board! We spent 7 nights and couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness or the amenities and we are VERY picky. Hot showers and cleanliness are our priorities and it checked the boxes for my husband and me. We took advantage of so many extras like used the pool & hot tub, walked to the beach and used the beach chairs, there was even a cooler that came in handy. Plenty of towels for our entire stay, did laundry a few steps away (small charge), and had kitchen tools to make breakfast most days and the days we didn’t, we enjoyed Corey’s deli for an amazing bagel or Tropical Smoothie across the street. We will likely be back next year!

Great place to stay for a work trip. Everything just like pictures

We loved the house! It was just as described and very clean and comfortable. The amenities were so much fun! I haven't played Pac-Man in years! The only downside we had to anything was the fact that we had to request the hot tub be turned on by the property owner every time we wanted to use it. They were quick to respond, but it would be nicer if we could just walk outside and flip a switch to turn it on whenever we wanted to, regardless of the time. Aside from that, we had no complaints. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we spoke to were very friendly.

I had an amazing stay here! From the moment I arrived, it truly felt like home. The space was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, and everything I needed was right at my fingertips. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect getaway to unwind and relax. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Andrea—she was such a sweetheart! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—it was an unforgettable stay!

I have never stayed in a better stocked airBnB. This place literally has everything and anything you could need. Fully stocked for the beach as well as staying home. Two beach wagons, tons of chairs, beach umbrellas, tons of options for pool toys, water guns, bikes, scooters, helmets… you see it in the pictures, it’s there and then some. Fence around the pool makes it super safe with kids playing outside when not swimming. An absolute dream for parents traveling with kids. Host(s) are extremely responsive and willing to help in whatever way possible. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Daniel's place just after a cruise, in order to check out Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area. Everything went well and we enjoyed the space. Daniel and Angela keep a nice clean house and they were super friendly and easy to communicate with. We would recommend their place and would definitely stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

Maria’s home was very nice and clean. The workout machine in the garage was a bonus! The house is located on a busy street but with a second circle driveway there was no problem getting out and there wasn’t loud traffic heard from inside ever. My only critique is that my kids weren’t able to use the pool which was very disappointing. The heater is a solar panel heater so even though it was sunny most of our trip, the water never warmed up to a comfortable temperature, possibly due to the evening low temps? Just a heads up to those wanting to utilize the pool during the winter/spring months. Otherwise we had a great trip visiting family close by.

We stayed recently (Jan. 25) at Daphne's beautiful house in Palm Bay. It was absolutely nice and very cozy! The whole house is high-quality- and tastefully furnished! You will definitely enjoy it. We felt very much at home and comfortable. Melbourne beach and other places to see are in reachable distance (KSC e.t.c.) - if you need a very good restaurant, you need to eat at "Chart House" (Melbourne) . Frank
