Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

cant say enough about Stella's amazing hospitality. she checked in with us the next day of our arrival, and assisted us with a few things that we needed and was more than happy to accommodate. the place was clean, quiet and had many amenities. would go back since my daughter lives 10 minutes away.

I've stayed at this complex before and it was a hassle due to no instructions. Ron's instructions were clear, and very detailed making it easy to find the place, where to park, and how to get to the apartment quickly. Great place for a quick stay!

The area has nice cafés, restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk away. Heather, the host, was great! The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a go to place for me when I’m in Dallas. Caleb was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated to my needs. Lookin forward to coming back!

Highly recommend! Macey was a wonderful host - very responsive and friendly. Her home is spotlessly clean and feels spacious and peaceful, with a perfect layout for traveling with friends or family. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a nice outdoor patio and private backyard. has a nice covered patio and Easy instructions for check in and check out. We really enjoyed our relaxing long weekend and hope to return.

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

This place is great! Great location, clean , stocked well if you are cooking . Plenty of towels . Beds are comfortable. If you have questions there is always a quick response . Will stay here again .

10/10 would recommend staying here. The place matched the description and Patrick was a gracious host always responsive. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark when we checked in (we left home late) but once we knew where it was it was always easy to find. Loved this spot so much!!!

The house is very well maintained and very clean. Hosts were great and responded to our questions in a timely manner. I would choose this place to stay again if needed.

The stay was amazing! Love love love the water view. The condo was cozy and bright inside. She left a welcome note and a bottle of wine! Super thoughtful and helpful. Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

great little place. very comfortable and spacious. the only thing I did not like is the window over the office doesn't have blinds or anything, so it's very bright in the morning if you want to sleep in it's a little hard
