Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

This place is incredible. The backyard especially felt like a perfect oasis to enjoy your time in. Chad (the host) was one of the most responsive, attentive, and helpful hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with.Highly recommend staying here.

This is a lovely, bright, clean, well kept and appointed house in a very nice and safe, quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the very private outdoor spaces on the back and side of the house with a table and plenty of chairs. The grapefruit tree provided delicious fruit. The spa looked inviting, though we didn't use it. My wife enjoyed tinkling some tunes on the piano. We played Bocce on the well kept lawn with the equipment provided. Everything worked perfectly and was well explained by Virginia's notes. Off street parking was convenient in the spacious driveway. We felt very much at home during our week and a half stay. It was a great location, close to shopping or anywhere you might want to go in the Burbank, Pasadena or LA areas. The large bright dining room and table (suitable for 6, or even 8) was especially appealing to us with our children and spouses often joining us for lunch or dinner. We highly recommend Virginia's house and hope to visit again.

My family—me, husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 dogs—were required to evacuate due to the Palisades fire. Fortunately, Yonatan was a responsive host who quickly confirmed our request to reserve. The house was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, good layout. There were privacy and space for each of us, adequate room for me to work, and common areas where we could hang as a family (den, dining area, lanai/sun room, side patio with table and chairs). The kitchen was clean, functional and well-stocked with all the basics. The wifi was excellent. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, day and night, and the neighbors were friendly when we walked our dogs. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk or drive. In short, exactly what we needed. I can imagine the house also being great for a group of friends going to an event in LA. Yonatan and his co-host were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is a very large space with 6 bedrooms in Monterey Park -- great location and exactly what we needed for our trip as we visited family in the SGV area. Best part of our stay was our host, Brooks, who was extremely responsive and immediately addressed any needs we had.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place. We appreciated the flexibility with a last minute booking, and the place was perfect for our needs with an amazing view of Hollywood Hills. Excellent outdoor space as well to enjoy the great weather.

Liza’s house was perfect! We enjoyed the location and the pool was great for our kids. Liza helped us with an early check in and was generous with the pool on those random cold LA days. The outdoor space is beautiful. We cooked our meals outside, poolside and enjoyed hearing the coyotes and stargazing in the evening. We can’t wait to return.

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

Great spot for my family to stay when they came into town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is better than pictured. A bonus, we barely experienced any bugs outside. We spent a lot of time outside since it was so nice. Host were very friendly. Great location.

The house was exactly as described. My family had an amazing time. We didn't use the everything that was provided but was available if needed. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of the nights. Our family stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The house location was conveniently located near Downtown LA, Universal Studios, great food and anything else you may want to do, the best part is the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for your trip. The host responded in a timely manner to respond to any questions we had. Definitely worth 5 stars

Wow, this may have been one of the best properties I’ve experienced in LA! Wonderful views, spacious, and all around worth every penny! Yervant was a great host and very accessible! Worth every penny and I will be back!

We had a great weekend at Greg and Maylen's home. The layout of the home and casitas meant that even though we had a big group with lots of noisy children, there were still places that you could get away and nap or be peaceful. The interior of the home was very clean and matched the photos. The kitchen lacked some amenities (we couldn't find a cutting board) but Maylen went out of her way to send us one within a few hours of us asking her about it. The hosts were great and super responsive. The outside / pool area was a little bit dirty/dusty (probably from recent fires) and there were parts of the fence that were broken. The home is also right next to the freeway (and close to the airport) and so there is a lot of traffic noise when you are outside. We didn't mind this, but I could see this being less-than-ideal if you are looking for a very peaceful poolside experience. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back again.
