Farm charm and next to all the action!!! Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to be within walking distance to all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge!! We walked to the Island to play and to dinner at the Pirates Voyage dinner and show. The place looked great and worked perfectly for my family!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great place to stay with even better hosts. If you have kids, this is the place for you! There were some issues with the water filter during our stay, but Chase and April made sure to make up for it. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon.

The place was very nice and was even decorated for Christmas, which was a nice surprise! There were beautiful views on the mountains and sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked and surpassed expectations. I was in town to attend the Bronco Off Roadeo in Maryville and Claire’s place was a convenient 15 minute drive to that.

Jay and the Rocky Hill Cottage was an amazing stay! My family and I were visiting for a basketball game and the location was fabulous! The house is cozy and clean and has all that you need for a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend!!

We had a short stay but it was comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Would stay there again if driving through the area.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Alex's place was great! We thought the place was clean, it included coffee and small boxes of cereal which was thoughtful. There was a water pitcher with a filter that was available to use and I thought it was a VERY good little added kitchen gadget! Alex was friendly and his response time was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The place was even better than expected, as the view is amazing and the shared common area was very nice. The place is right by the Wears Valley entrance of Smoky Mountains and away from the business of Gatlinburg. I do recommend reading the manual to learn more about the hot water in the shower, as making the water hotter requires reducing the water pressure.

We love staying here! It is so comfortable and peaceful! Can't wait to stay again.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

My wife and I have stayed several times now. This has become our anniversary get away each year. I cant say enough about how peaceful this place is. The owners are very nice and check in on you. If this place were to ever change and not be available my wife and I would be so very disappointed. I hope this little slice of heaven is here for many more years to come.

Something that was unclear was that our unit was named “Cabin”. We figured there would be a unit number but upon further review determined that our unit was actually named “Cabin” and the name was on the doormat in the front entrance. Not what we were expecting but figured it out. Otherwise loved our stay. Simple and clean. Thanks!

Great place to stay we loved it

Our one-night stay at the Blue Heron was great. The host was proactive with communication and patient with us as our responses were delayed due to lack of cell service. The building sits in a beautiful location along the river and is very convenient to all the restaurants and shops in Townsend. We look forward to staying at the Blue Heron again the next time we are in the area.
