Farm charm and next to all the action!!! Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to be within walking distance to all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge!! We walked to the Island to play and to dinner at the Pirates Voyage dinner and show. The place looked great and worked perfectly for my family!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Wears Valley Retreat was absolutely lovely! We had lots of fun with the arcade game, pool table, hot tub, and sitting on the porch enjoying each other's company. The beds are very comfortable and we felt right at home. It's just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg wasn't much further. There's a really cool oddities shop just down the road that we enjoyed also!! We would love to stay at Danny's place again the next time we come up for a visit!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Your home was comfy and spotless. Location was great. Your communication was outstanding. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again when in your area. Thank you.

We had a great stay. The house was comfortable for adults and kids. You will not be disappointed!

This cabin was the perfect space for our family trip! The views were amazing, but we did have to take quite a steep climb to get to the top. We loved the space and the location and the proximity it was to the activities around us. It was not too close to the city but still conveniently located. Dan and Veronica were very helpful and had great communication skills. They made sure to make us aware of weather conditions that were expected while we were staying with them. All in all, this cabin added the comfort we needed for our trip. If you want great views, a great host, and great memories and don’t mind the climb to get there, this is the perfect fit for you!

This place lives up to its “funky” name! Great house that accommodated our group well. The huge basement with games and tv was a hit. In a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes drive to plenty of shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

A great place for our large-ish group. The view of Pigeon Forge is literally unmatched. You have to use caution on the driveway, but that is par for the course with any mountain property. The owners took extra care of the entryway to make sure we had no issues getting in. the house itself had tons of beds, space and things to do when we were there. We stayed in the winter, so the pool was closed- of course, but I bet the experience is even better in the warm months. I could not recommend this property any higher!

This is our second time staying at Lindsay’s Airbnb. We stay here for our daughter’s out of state volleyball tournaments. It’s a great location to/from the Knoxville Convention Center. A very easy drive. We love that it has what we need on the go nearby- chick fil a, Walgreens, gas stations, Panera, etc. Location is wonderful and the neighborhood is very quiet. Lindsay has been great at communicating quickly. We really enjoy the little upgrades that she has made in the past year- they did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Southern Comfort II. The property was open and spacious enough for a large gathering. Everyone could spread out and enjoy the amenities- hottub and game room. The entire home was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds/bath were very nice and far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The view was outstanding! Simply beautiful! The small town was quite sleepy, but we didn't decide on this location for such activities as we simply planned to be with each other. We highly recommend John and Southern Comfort II for a large gathering.

Fantastic place! Erin was communicative before, during, and after. The place was beautiful and spotless and the perfect gathering place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Just a wonderful place.

McKenna and Eric’s home was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra blankets and towels. McKenna and Eric were excellent with their communications to us before and after the booking. I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family.

Jo was an excellent host! The Geneva Casita was warm and inviting with comfortable living room furniture and a roomy king sized bed. We appreciated the extra appliances, especially the toaster oven and crockpot since we ate in most nights. Communication with Jo was top notch! She was extremely responsive to any needs.

This home was well kept, clean and a great use of space. Although the home itself is not very big, the bedrooms were spacious and we never felt crowded. My husband and I, along with our other 3 children, were visiting our oldest child, a student at UT. She stayed with us and commented that she had the best sleep she’d had in weeks. Although our stay was short, we were able to both make easy trips to campus for activities and spend a lot of time just hanging out together at the home. Deborah was very communicative and accommodating. Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s house. This Victorian styled and historic home was awesome! The house was clean upon our check-in. The kitchen updates were perfect and there’s a lot of cookware and items that helped us make our family dinners and conversations in the dinning room special! There’s plenty of space to spread out with bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty! Highly recommend Amy and her property!

We stayed for a long Christmas vacation, and absolutely loved it. the house is clean and comfy, and beautifully furnished and decorated. the location is awesome, 20-25 min to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and 35-40 min to Gatlinburg, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with too much of the city traffic and all the crowds. before we arrived, there was snow and ice in the forecast, and the hosts even worked out a place for us to park the first few nights so that we wouldn't have to risk the steep driveway (which didn't end up being a problem, but it was SO nice that they had a plan for us!) we enjoyed the hot tub and the dogs loved the fenced backyard. the firepit is great out front, we never got a chance to use it but would have loved to. I would 100% recommend staying here, and hope to be back soon!

We were a family of 10 and had an extremely comfortable stay. The home was decorated very nicely and had amenities to complement everyone. Catherine was quick to respond to any issues and went out of her way to resolve them promptly. The home is located close to many attractions with minimal drive time. Highly recommended!!

Really beautiful and peaceful space the hot tub is really nice and spacious surroundings and also private! Everything I needed was at the house for use and was peaceful and safe

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to the strip and want to be near town. This place is great very clean and roomy. My family or 6 was very comfortable here and all had our own rooms. Love the fireplace and wooden interior.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb for 7 months. We needed a place to stay close to my ailing mother. My husband and I could not have asked for better hosts. They are so friendly. The house is beautiful and is spacious enough for a large family or as in our situation, a couple. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The King size beds are very comfortable. You will love the screened in porch and fenced in back yard. The neighborhood is a well established, friendly and an extremely safe location with beautiful houses and well kept lawns. It is minutes away from parks, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The view of the Smoky Mtns is awe inspiring. I would definitely recommend this listing to everyone.
