We had a great snow weekend at our Big Bear getaway thanks to this lovely property. Check in was easy. Well stocked with essentials, lots of space, plenty of rooms for multiple families, the house also included games & pool table. The kids’ room had the best view of the lake, I was a little jealous😂. The host was very attentive when a moisture detector alarm went off, but there was nothing out of the ordinary that we observed. They sent a maintenance person over to check it out & resolve it in a matter of minutes. No issues whatsoever. Several feet of fresh snow had fallen so we had snow play in the backyard while ducks swam by. Did some sledding at a nearby lot we spied from across the lake. A dip in the jacuzzi at sunset amidst the snow and lake was a perfect and relaxing way to close out the fun. In the summer we’re thinking of returning so we can rent a boat and have our own private lake access! Can’t say enough great things!

We loved the place Linda and her husband were great hosts. Always helpful and we will be back hopefully during the summer.

Great hike very cozy and relaxing lots of open windows and views of the surrounding. Spacious backyard for the kids to play. It snowed the weekend we stayed and was a great time to be in Big bear. Would recommend to friends and family

Cabin was great, it was perfect for our family and friends. Lots of spaces for kids to run around. The view is spectacular. It was great to sit in the spa and look at the lake. Also, Kelli was a was one host and super friendly. She made sure we had a great stay. Will definitely book this home again!

Great place in the woods to stay. Wonderful HOST. Quiet and peaceful, with a hotub and sauna. Really cool that you can sit by the creek and have a fire. Great place for family meet up. Samuel was super responsive and helpful. Great value! We will definitely go back!

The Nest was absolutely amazing!! Loved the colors,decor, layout, very clean, and definitely spacious for 2 people. Kerrie was very nice, and responsive when reaching out. The area was quiet/peaceful and within walking distance of the main restaurants/shopping area. Me and my husband enjoyed my birthday getaway!! Definitely recommend The Nest! Thanks!!!

Great location for our ski weekend! Convenient to the village and the slopes. The complex is right next to beautiful Boulder Bay Park. The condo was clean with a well-appointed kitchen. Parking was easy to find and conveniently located. Taking out the trash was not a problem at all, just a quick stop on the way out. This would be a great place to stay for a winter or spring/summer getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host America was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect, and I felt right at home. This is our second year spending Thanksgiving at Emmett’s Place. There was surprisingly little traffic on the ride up to Big Bear, so Emmett let us check in hours early. Emmett is a responsive, proactive, and friendly host, whose house and furnishings are attractive and very comfortable. My dog loved the fenced-in yard. My adult daughter and I had the best, most relaxing time. Our favorite place in Big Bear is inside Emmett’s house.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cynthia’s charming cottage. The home was beautifully appointed, and Cynthia was exceptionally kind, even allowing us to check in early. I truly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the opportunity to make coffee with a percolator, which was a special touch for me. The location was perfect—right across from the lake and just a short walk to the village. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy cabin and it had everything we needed for the weekend. I liked how it was walking distance away from a lake and a few shops and restaurants. If you plan on staying during the winter months I suggest bringing an extra blanket for sleeping. Overall, we had a good time!

This spot was perfect for a night to stop on our road trip. The views from up there above the clouds is so beautiful! We had our pups with us and always love a pet friendly spots and very comfy bed!

Great rustic cabin feel, loved the decor! The hill in the back was just perfect for our kids to play on and sled down, ages 3-12. They enjoyed the game room as well, especially the small “ karaoke machine” haha. The house heater worked great but there were lots of warm blankets too. We sat out on the back deck after clearing snow and enjoyed the fire pit. It was awesome that Rob and Nancy had an extra propane tank on top of the fire pit and BBQ tanks. Not a high traffic area, very peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Loved the quaint feeling of the cabin and the beds were great. The decor was really homey and we really felt like we were in a rustic cabin with great amenities. Snow Valley is only 10 minutes away and we also went to Victoria's Restaurant and Neo's Pizza which were great. We hope to be coming back soon. Great value!
