Staying at Maguy's Airbnb was a wonderful experience. From the start, we were welcomed with a hot meal and a bottle of wine! Throughout our stay, we enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice, and handmade cakes, muffins, and served fresh fruit. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and bright with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless, with the sink and shower heating up quickly. Maguy was very friendly, talkative, and used a translation app to communicate. She gave us great tips and advice. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to a transportation hub in République. Despite some graffiti and a diverse mix of social classes, the neighborhood was safe and bustling. A short walk away is "Du Pain et des Idées," one of Paris’s best bakeries, and is a must-try. My mom and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Maguy's Airbnb for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location!

Vi hade en en toppenupplevelse i Sylvies vackra och charmiga hus! Charmigt hus och en mycket fin trädgård där vi bland annat avnjöt utsökta frukostar under vår vistelse. Vi spenderade vår tid här under OS i Paris! I ett lugnt område och nära till både matställen, tågstationer, vacker sjö, supermarket, bageri med mera ligger Sylvies boende. Sylvie gav oss under hela vistelsen mycket värdefull info om platser att besöka, lämpliga resvägar till centrala Paris, matställen med mera. Vi hade en mycket bra och smidig kommunikation under hela vistelsen. Sylvie är en toppenvärd! Stort tack från en besökande familj från Sverige! Jag rekommenderar verkligen Sylvie som värd!

Sylvia and Maël were lovely, very helpful, respodning very quickly to messages in the whole process of booking, pre-arrival, during my stay. They put a lot of effort for their guest to feel like home and be well informed - they sent me pdf guided book they made with all the tips, recommendations about Paris and their neighberhood which is amazing! They are such a friendly people! the location is wonderful - in the heart of Paris, perfect for sightseeing. I would definetly consider to coming back on my next trip to Paris

Anne’s place is so well located for everything we wanted to do and see. We walked everywhere, starting with Gard du Nord to the apartment on arrival. Bus journeys are so easy though, both bus stops and Metro nearby. Stacks of great places to eat in the neighbourhood too. The apartment is comfortable and full of character. Anne was away this week but the delightful Nathalie was there to help with anything we needed and we had some great chats. I would recommend this super place to anyone and hope to be back one day. PS we couldn’t get the internet working with Anne’s ID and password, not sure whether details were wrong, but it didn’t matter as we had so much to do.

Accueil chaleureux, Nathalie fut disponible pour répondre à nos questions dès le départ. Près de la Bastille, métro, resto, etc. Je recommande.

Un emplacement exceptionnel, au calme et proche de restaurants et de la basilique, dans un quartier piéton. Une chambre à l'étage avec toutes les commodités pour être à l'aise. Et surtout, des hôtes très accueillants, qui m'ont aidé dans le choix de mon itinéraire pour rejoindre Paris à pied, et avec lesquels j'ai pu discuter culture théâtre et évasion. Une très belle rencontre, que je recommande très fortement.

Rosemary's flat is a lovingly prepared place to feel very very comfortable in the middle of Paris. Rosemary paid special attention to us and always asked about us and our needs and wishes. She always found time for tips and help in choosing restaurants and beautiful places. Unfortunately, we did not find time for a glass of wine together on her balcony. But we will certainly make up for that when we come to Paris again. Thank you Rose Mary for your warm hospitality.

Es nuestra segunda visita a Paris, el lugar está en un 7mo piso, cuenta con elevador, lo cual es un alivio si considerabas subir las maletas. El departamento cuenta con una pequeña cocina y comedor muy funcional, la habitación tiene lo necesario y es muy espaciosa. El retrete y la regadera están de forma independiente dentro del mismo departamento , lo cual es muy práctico. No lo dispusimos , pero cuenta con calefactor. Aymeric fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada (que fue algo tarde por cuestión de que se descompuso el tren que nos llevaría del aeropuerto hasta el metro) además, nos ayudó con nuestras maletas en resguardo el día de nuestra salida , ya que tendríamos un par de horas libres entre el check out y nuestro vuelo. Le agradecemos mucho su apoyo y explicación. Esperamos volver muy pronto nuevamente. :) No duden en hospedarse con él.

Excellent séjour chez Fabienne. Une chambre parfaite, un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons été ravis de ce séjour, dans un cadre agréable et avec des hôtes sympathiques avec qui il est très agréable d'échanger. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Já fiquei aqui duas vezes e penso voltar sempre que tiver de ir a Paris. Apartamento bem equipado com tudo o que é necessário para passar uma temporada mais longa. O Philippe é muito simpático e agradeço muito o pequeno-almoço que inclui pão e croissant a cada manhã. Senti-me em casa.

Les 4 jours que j'ai passé à Paris en compagnie de mon frère chez Philippe et Emmanuel auront été excellent ! L'appartement est déjà superbe, mais moi qui ne suis pas habitué à partager le logement avec les propriétaires, c'était une première expérience réussie. Philippe est le meilleur hôte que vous pourriez espérer. Acceuillant, serviable, le coeur sur la main... il est aussi très intéressant de discuter avec lui. Cerise sur le gâteau, en apprenant que j'avais pour habitude de prendre un jus de citron tous les matins, il est allé le jour même en chercher spécialement pour moi. Une attention rare qui mérite d'être soulignée. Merci Philippe, portez vous bien vous et votre famille, et à la prochaine !

This is a perfect place with a great location, room amenities, and Catherine's kind hospitality. I had a problem at Gare du Nord and my check-in was delayed until night, but she was very caring and welcomed me kindly. The location is in a quiet residential area and it takes only about 10 minutes to Montparnasse, making it very convenient for trips to the suburbs or sightseeing around Paris. The room is very clean, spacious enough, and had stylish lighting and interior design. Catherine is very friendly and caring about many things. she prepared a hotel-quality breakfast every morning. This Airbnb stay became a very nice memory for us.

We loved staying in this quiet apartment, and particularly appreciated the communication and kindness we received from Martine and Karim. The welcome treats, as mentioned by everyone, go a long way to helping establish yourself in the area, and we had no problem buying groceries nearby and preparing simple meals to supplement the high costs of eating out when we needed. The small kitchen has a lot going on if you look :) When my wife loved the apples Martine supplied and asked where she could buy more, a small bag appeared on the doorknob the same day. The apartment is perfectly located for long walkers like us (we saw most of Paris on foot from here), or just jump on the Metro nearby when you're tired. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! It is a beautiful home and the host is so kind. She was very helpful with local recommendations and how to use the metro. She made us a fresh breakfast every morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. She replies very quickly to messages. We had fully privacy. We wanted an evening to enjoy the garden with them and she made us a charcuterie with local Rosé. It was absolutely fabulous! We were able to get to the popular tourist spots (Eiffel tower, Notre-Dame, etc.) in 1 hour or less using the close metro. Some days we easily booked an inexpensive uber. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend for future guests to stay here. Or was much better than a noisy hotel downtown. I’m so grateful for their hospitality.

Logement idéal pour profiter de Montmartre, mais aussi facile pour rejoindre d'autres quartiers.

Nous avons séjourné chez Isabelle avec un couple d'amis et avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que chaque couple ait sa salle de bain. Endroit paisible, literie confortable, bon accueil et flexibilité concernant l'heure d'arrivée..nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Second séjour chez Isabelle. Logement toujours parfait. Au calme, propre et facile d accès. Isabelle est disponible, vous partage les recommandations aux alentours. La literie est vraiment confortable, très appréciable.

Nous sommes restés une nuit pour aller voir un match de rugby au stade de France. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux niveau emplacement. Il est vraiment à côté à 2 min à pied vous y êtes ! Maria et son frère sont des personnes adorables ! Il est sûr qu’on reviendra !

David is a wonderful and attentive host! Our room was very cozy — we felt right at home. We could freely use the kitchenware, make coffee, and eat in the lovely living room. Special thanks for the opportunity to do laundry. The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Nearby, there is a metro station that provides easy access to both the train station and the city center.
