I had a great stay, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and Sylvain was always helpful and answered all my questions quickly :) The location is a bit far from the centre but it’s so well connected with the metro, that it never took me longer 30-45 minutes to get anywhere.

Achei ótima a recepção, o local, e a limpeza! A única coisa que senti falta foi de ter uma água pelo menos, chegamos de viagem cansados e não tinha uma água para tomarmos. De resto tenho só boas atribuições!

Absolut Gem in the 11th arrondissment! First of all the host is super friendly and very responsive. The apartment is very special with lots of space to find a favourite spot to relax. We enjoyed most the location and visited the surroundings like the Marais by foot. I would recommend 100% - felt like at home.

We had a wonderful stay! Host has the place very clean and the decor is so fresh and modern. It is a very warm stay. The home is very well equipped had everything we needed to make dinner. We felt very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Host was amazing she was super sweet and helpful- great communication! Also the location is great near the metro and there is a convenient store on the corner everyone there is really nice too! I highly recommend staying here!!! We would 1000x return here.

Eva's apartment was beautiful and cozy and perfect for my needs. She was very helpful and kind. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I would 100% stay again!

Tout est bien rodé pour tout ce qui est logistique, très simple. Camille communique très bien, donne les bonnes consignes au bon moment, un guide au sein de l’appart explique tout. L’appart est très beau, très confort. Être à côté de Nation facilite tout pour les trajets. Très contente de mon voyage et je chercherai chez Camille la prochaine fois que je dois faire un séjour à Paris.

Espaço muito agradável, recepção excelente fomos recebidos na entrada da casa, dentro de casa tinha biscoitos deliciosos, refrigerante, Nescau, café e água mineral disponível na geladeira. Próximo do aeroporto Charles de Gaulle 25 min, e 45 minutos do Centro de Páris. Iremos voltar com certeza.

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

Notre hôte Rafika propose une maison parfaitement adaptée pour un petit groupe ou une grande famille. Les équipements sont ultra complets ,en quantité suffisante et d’excellente qualité . L’ensemble est vaste et pratique et correspond à la description écrite et photographique . Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux par Rafika qui est une hôte réactive et attentive. C’est une adresse qui sort de l’ordinaire par toutes les qualités revendiquées et que nous avons vérifiées ! Un grand bravo, nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux, merci!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns Tipps gegeben. Alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht ist in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Man hat einen gesicherten privaten Zugang zur Unterkunft über die Garage und das Gebäude ist alarmgesichert. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig erreichbar auf der Linie liegen viele Sehenswürdigkeiten… man fährt ~30min. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen! (Kleines Manko ist die etwas „gewöhnungsbedürftige“ Umgebung)

We felt ourself like at home. He was very kind and helpful, the place just was perfect for our family (5 persons), so we were very pleased and happy that we found Achraf. I can just recommend anyone who is planning to visit Paris :).

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Alison is a lovely host. Her place was very artsy and super comfortable for our party size. You could tell a lot of attention was had to the details of decor and functionality. I would 100% recommend Alison’s home for a relaxing time in Paris.

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

Cet appartement est magnifique et a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Situé dans un quartier calme et typiquement parisien, il offre un cadre idéal pour découvrir la ville. La ligne 1 du métro, juste en bas, rend les déplacements très faciles. Proximité de supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants.L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse est un véritable joyau, avec les rayons du soleil matinal qui créent une atmosphère magique. L'ascenseur est très pratique, surtout pour les bagages. Les hôtes, Françoise, Léa et Sacha, sont adorables, attentionnés et compréhensifs. Grâce à leur gentillesse, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement en raison d'une situation particulière, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. C'est le plus bel appartement où j'ai séjourné à Paris. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience inoubliable.

とても静かで過ごしやすい家です。Enzo-sanは到着した日にお水やコーヒーなど買い揃えてくれてとても親切です。テレワークで部屋で過ごす方や自炊する方にはピッタリです。今まで20区内に拘ってAirbnbを利用してきましたが、この家はほぼ16区なのとボーヴェ空港やCDGにもタクシーですぐなので便利です。 素敵なホストです。皆様におすすめします！

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.

L’appartement est trop beau. Il donne sur un jardin. Le parc de Bagnolet avec une superbe vue sur Paris et la banlieue est juste à côté. Le métro est très proche aussi. Mais on peut également aller à pied à Paris, en tout cas dans le XXème.

Bon logement , fidèle aux photos . Point positif accessible en transport . Arrêt de la gare juste en face du logement . Logement propre et agréable. Parking privé.

Brice's listing was exactly as advertised. It is clean and spacious and has everything you need to a comfortable stay for days on end. We really enjoyed our visit.
