we had a family emergency requiring me to find a place at 9pm, travel and then check in at 12am. I am so grateful how fast I was able to book this beautiful townhouse. Resa was so responsive and compassionate. She literally rescued us. we are very grateful.

Host was veey friendly to deal with. Answered my questions promptly. The place was very nice. A lot of personal touches made it feel loke a home away from home. Beds were extremely comfortable. All ammenities were great as well. Great staying there !

I came back to PA for my dad’s funeral and we chose to stay here because it seemed like a great location for the kids and it was perfect. We had a very nice stay. The yard is incredible and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to Tyler State park and central to everything. The kids spent so much time outside in the yard.

Let me start by saying I wish I could’ve been here during warmer weather. Even in the winter this house is great! Between the view of the river, the bbq out back, or simply getting warm around the fire pit. Theres so many great things about this place. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.

Spent a weekend with family in Princeton and this was the PERFECT spot for us. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and only a short walk from downtown Princeton with more than enough shops, restaurants, etc to keep us busy. The property itself was just what we were looking for. Comfy & spacious living area for everyone to hang out in. Open concept between the living room, dining room and kitchen was perfect for hanging out. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and provided privacy for everyone. Overall just a great experience. The photos set a high standard which was met and then some. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to escape for a comfy & cozy weekend in Princeton!

This place is quite nice; the house is clean and spacious with a large backyard, situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the utensils you'll need. The bed is comfortable and spare sheets, pillowcases, and towels are provided. The host responds to messages quickly and promptly. The washer and dryer are easy accessible. I stayed in this place for a month and was very satisfied. Recommended.

My wife and 3 teen/ early 20s children stayed here for a wedding in New Hope PA. The home is quaint and charming and very convenient to New Hope, maybe 10 minute drive. Parts of the home, especially the floorboards, are beautiful, look original from 1850. The porch is a wonderful and peaceful place to relax. Road noise from a nearby road with not insignificant traffic is tolerable but a bit disturbing, especially at night when trying to sleep. Upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds has a very low ceiling, much more conducive for little ones, but my daughters in their 20s were able to navigate OK. Only 1 bathroom was a bit of a challenge especially with 3 women trying to get ready for a wedding, but worked out following a schedule. Overall we were very pleased.

Ram was a great host! Incredibly friendly whenever we ran into him. The home is tucked into the back of an outstanding neighborhood in Bucks County, with a large yard both in front and out back of the house- which was ideal for our pups. Very modern, clean space with easy access to all of the places we needed/wanted to go to in Bucks County. Thanks, Ram!

Could not have asked for a better host in Jan! Jan and her dogs greeted us as we pulled into the driveway and gave a warm welcome. The house was cozy and the scenery was beautiful. There are a number of wonderful restaurants and shops in the nearby towns. You will have to drive to visit the sites, but they’re all very close by and the towns themselves are very walkable. My partner and I had misplaced a very sentimental item while there and did not realize it had been lost until after checkout. Jan went above and beyond to make sure our item was found and shipped it back to us safely, even refusing payment despite our best efforts! We stayed during the winter, and the heat turning on and off did make a noticeable sound, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or a white noise machine. That is a very very minor critique though in an otherwise perfect stay with a remarkable host. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

"The Little House" was everything that was described and more. Being quite busy in NYC, I was craving a long weekend getaway with my dog, but not too far by car. Bucks County is beautiful and somewhere I have not explored. Julia's house so super homey and cozy. She has everything that was listed and restaurants or grocery stores are close by. Additionally, it was nice not getting woken up by ambulance alarms or garbage trucks early in the am. We enjoyed waking up peacefully with birds chirping while the sunlight crept in. I can't wait to go back to the "Little House" or one of Julia's other listings!

Our stay at Heidi’s charming cottage was wonderful! The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat, yet it was still close to local attractions including Peddler's village - which was nice with our dog. Heidi was a thoughtful​, responsive and accommodating host. She made our anniversary weekend stay extra special! Highly recommend

The place was more remote than expected, but a pleasant surprise! It's on a beautiful piece of land, with lots of open yard and very peaceful surroundings. Super big home with lots of rooms and open space which made having multiple people together feel easy, giving everyone privacy when needed. Overall definitely Would recommend to anyone!

Exactly what we were looking for. This air bnb was exactly what we wanted. A place that was not in the center of town that was dog friendly and quiet. We got exactly that. The inside was clean and well put together. The farm was nice although we did not get to meet the horses at no fault of the owners just ran out of time. The owner was very nice and helpful with recommendations for dinner and hiking trails. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming older home over Christmas. Parking was easy. It was Ideal for our family of 3. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Princeton, and grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Natalia was immediately responsive to any questions.

Marc's place was very nice, the area was quite, peaceful, park near by for walking your dogs, friendly neighborhood and in close proximity of the downtown area. Also major highways close by and easy to take. I would definitely stay again.

We loved the location and character of Alfon's home. The beds are comfortable and good quality, as were the linens for a restful sleep. We arrived with a pre-cooked meal and Alfons' great spices helped us finish the dish for a memorable dinner with family in the spacious dining and living room areas. We were pleasantly surprised with the All Clad cookingware and that it was fully equipped. We even saw a few Red Robbins in the garden!

We had a great stay at Basilia's place. House was very clean and organized, comfortable beds with spacious rooms. House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.
