We had a really really great stay, the farm was gorgeous and the cabin was super comfy and clean. The outdoor jacuzzi lovely and Vickie and Roger were super responsive and friendly. Overall, we would absolutely recommend! Thanks again :)

This is an outstanding property and a perfect place for a small family to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house is well appointed with an excellent kitchen, clean bathrooms and spacious bedrooms the majority of which with views of the lake. Rod is a thoughtful and considerate host who had the property ready to go when we arrived. We genuinely had a wonderful time and look forward to booking it again in the future

WOW! What an absolutely incredible property that surpassed all expectations. Both the house and the grounds were immaculately kept and just breathtaking. I was lucky enough to celebrate my hens here and everyone was blown away with how beautiful the property was. There was plenty of seating and space for everyone, especially when it rained and the huge undercover area came in handy. The fairy lights throughout the outdoor areas were such a beautiful touch. The pool and hot tub were clean, kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cookware and serving ware, and plenty of fridge/freezer space. The bedrooms were clean, tidy, and spacious enough to fit everyone and their belongings. Dennis was such a wonderful, friendly host that was incredibly responsive leading up to the stay and ensured we were able to check in with ease. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Joe's place was exactly as described - tranquile farm stay with all kinds of wildlife visits! It even had everything for breakfast - bread, eggs, cereals, coffee and fruits! even an avocado!!! we also needed some extra milk and he was able to help with that! thank you Joe - we'll come again!

Very cosy comfy bed in a quiet location, good central area for getting around. Close to black butt reserve which was really nice for walking. Very friendly nice host and very clean. Loved it , couldn't fault in anyway.

This listing was spacious, comfortable and had everything you need for a great weekend in the Hunter valley. Easy, secure parking and two great decks to enjoy

Lovely home with unique decorations. We feel like staying in an artist’s house. Lee was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We also love the gated backyard, plenty of area for our dogs to exercise and play.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!

Carol and Terry are very friendly and very lovely hosts. Their place is lovely with beautiful surrounds, very close to zoo - you can see giraffes in the morning and hear lions roaring at sunset - likey being on safari! There is an excellent hot tub. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We selected Ruth’s BnB based on availability and proximity to John Hunter Hosp. So very glad we did as we got an extremely flexible Hosp, air BnB that had a home feel and all the little nick nacks that you need in daily life that many BnBs don’t cover.

Micah and Denny’s place was perfect! They were so responsive with messages and the house is exactly as it looked in pictures. The area is easy to reach, picturesque and tranquil.

Great New Years experience. The cottage was in a private area, but still close to different sites like the Hunter Valley Gardens, it was a great getaway from the city!!

Peaceful location, had a great girls weekend away 💜 next time I’ll just remember to bring more bug spray, there were more mozzies than I expected to be at the location, and I did not come prepared enough as the person who is generally the one bitten in the group, this is an error on my part

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group and close to many vineyards and restaurants. The outdoor entertaining area and pool are absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended.
