For those concerned about security , this is a good choice. Several security steps to activate to get into apt. Well stocked kitchen and pantry basics available to use. Karen was very responsive to our messages. Great location. Elevator appreciated. Thankyou, Karen

We enjoyed staying here. It is so close to the city centre and all there is to offer. If you have a car you do need to look for a car park but if you don’t mind a walk it’s not really a problem.

What a wonderful place to stay- and wonderful hosts too! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Great location as well - next to green spaces and near the ocean. Very easy to get into the city too. Can easily recommend to others.

Our 3 night city stay was excellent! The location is walkable distance to everything, the air bnb was clean and well equipped, the hosts are responsive and the beds are comfortable! We'll definitely be back ☺️

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

We had a great 3 nights away from the centre of Queenstown, which was unbelievably crowded and chaotic, yet close enough to walk or catch an uber in for a night out. We based ourselves here for day trips to Arrowtown, Glenorchy and Wanaka. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable. Tracey was a great host, I would definitely recommend staying here

A perfect little oasis with Hagley Park on your back doorstep. Has everything you need in the apartment & it’s central location means you are walking distance to everything the CBD has to offer. The only downside is I wished I had stayed longer!

I would definitely stay again. lovely space, comfortable bed and really quiet as well. also nice restaurants and Cafe very close by. I arrived at almost 1am and the lock box was easy to find and entry no fuss at all. Min communicated quickly as well. loved the stay.

We had an incredible stay here! The apartment is located close to downtown and to restaurants. Also a quick walk to a wonderful playground for the kids. The unit itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful accomodations! We got in late and unfortunately didn't have a lot of time to explore the estuary, but it still made for beautiful surroundings. The place itself was clean, modern, and met all of our needs. We loved taking a quick dip in the relaxing hot tub!

Wow!This place was spectacular, the views really were something special.Bernard provided some great helpful info about local eats and walks from the house.He was friendly and helpful.The walking options from the house were fab, we did a beautiful walk heading up into the hills from the house. The big bed was super comfy and the layout and space was perfect.We loved the hot tub and views.The bathroom was lovely and had everything you need.The dual wardrobe storage space was so comfy and spacious.We loved sitting by the window enjoying the view and we felt that we had privacy. This place has all the main things absolutely right.Some minor considerations would elevate this place to an extraordinary luxury option-for example updating all kitchen appliances,extra spa towels,setting up the windows seat with cushions, some basic instructions for TV options and some local recommendations and maps. Stayed in early March 2025. J and G provided a very comfortable home-like feel in this beautiful location overlooking the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk down the hill. The views out the back window to the east are beautiful, and the central living area is very usable, with a deck attached and plenty of windows to soak in the views. The location is within a 30-minute drive of central Christchurch. We should have stayed longer than two days here!

Very comfortable place that has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay there and I can recommend it. It is though a bit far from the city center - you’ll definitely need a car.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Michael and his son Jonathan were such great hosts. We highly recommend this beautiful spot in the hills!
