This was my second time staying and again I felt like I was at home. It's like a step back in time with peace and character and just so relaxing. I couldn't ask for better.

if you are travelling to Christchurch with a small group then this place is for you. Great house, good size bedrooms ,great kitchen and Lounge, plenty of space. The house has everything you need for a great stay. The house is set in lovely gardens and has a terrific deck space. Hosts are great and very helpful, really recommend this place.

Min’s place was absolutely gorgeous! One of our favorite Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - it was perfectly clean and extremely charming. The location was great for walking into town and provided parking which can be hard to come by in Christchurch. We had some trouble getting in (to no fault of Min) and the host arrived very quickly to help us out. Be sure to wave your hand over the screen for the entrance code, instead of gently touching it.

Stay was good. Clean and comfortable. Bonus was that it was right by a bus stop that took you straight downtown.

Beautiful home. Truly staying in someone's well-cared for, artistic and beloved home. So different than staying in cookie cutter apartment or condo. And Tracy is so kind and caring. 10 out of 10!

Vincent was helpful in his responses to our questions, and ensured we had all the necessary information well in advance. A great location, and a great comfy place with four bedrooms and living areas ... make it your own on your next AirBnB location of choice!

We came together as a family to this home to celebrate Christmas. It was a beautiful place with stunning views. We could easily make dinners from scratch using all the kitchen equipment included in the home. One note for future AirBnb'ers to this property, the cleaning instructions are rather extensive along with the $160+ USD cleaning fee tagged onto the booking.

Stayed in early March 2025. J and G provided a very comfortable home-like feel in this beautiful location overlooking the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk down the hill. The views out the back window to the east are beautiful, and the central living area is very usable, with a deck attached and plenty of windows to soak in the views. The location is within a 30-minute drive of central Christchurch. We should have stayed longer than two days here!

We had a great few nights. Very handy location. Lovely sunny apartment decorated with personality. Would be happy to return.

Loved this place. Lots of room for our family. So close to the city centre that we didn’t end up using our car at all. Parking was great. Excellent comms from the Matt and Bev. House was spotless. As we were there over the weekend, there was a bit of outside noise off and on overnight from the pub goers (which is to be expected in the central city). Would totally stay again.

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

Had a lovely stay in this very comfortable home, great kitchen for hosting our thanksgiving celebrations with family, loved the gardens and spring roses. location worked perfectly for us, very private and an enjoyable stay.

Outstanding home - everything we could have wished for.

Location, location, location! Then there is a wrap around veranda, a Kiwi home! On a wet evening in put on a log on the fire on a sunny day we had the doors and windows open Can you tell we truly enjoyed our stay? Turns this was our third stay — and we will be back! Cheers

Lovely spacious house in a great location. Needs a little TLC, but that didn’t detract from our stay.

What a great home for a big group, especially for the end of our trip. We can relax, play the pool table, hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen. Big area for bbq and outdoor seating.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.
