Beautiful, modern place. Tasteful furnishings. Great kitchen area. It seemed from the map that it was on the outskirts of Christchurch. But apparently Christchurch is a sprawling city with no center, so the apartment really is close to the best part of town: the "market", which has lots of restaurants and food counters, the botanical gardens, and the disco area (a few blocks away so you can't hear it). The card-access, in-building garage has a generously sized parking spot. The kitchen is well equipped with matching utensils and even a pod espresso machine! There were two choices of milk in the fridge. The washer and dryer (in a closet straight ahead when you walk in) are new. It even has accounts for Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Amy responded immediately to my few questions. She even sent me check-in instructions a few days early because I was worried I wouldn't have cell service. It was a great stay.

Faye’s place is our preferred accomodation when we visit Christchurch. It is centrally located with excellent access to the main retail area, parks , Museum ,Cathedral, cafes and restaurants. It is well appointed, spotlessly clean, is well equipped, has all amenities including secure parking. Though in a busy location , is extremely quiet , with double glazing. We’ll set up for eating in. Positively recommend.

Good value place to stay in central Christchurch. The apartment was centrally located and only 5-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the city. Walkable from an evening meal out! Apartment had every amenity including fully functioning washer dryer and dishwasher. Everything was clean and modern and the kitchen area was well equipped with lots of pots, pans and utensils. We were very pleased with our stay. Communications were super quick! Thanks.

I’ve stayed at this Airbnb several times, and it’s always an outstanding experience! Located in the heart of Christchurch, the apartment is perfectly situated for easy access to everything the city has to offer. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the space always feels fresh and inviting. It has a warm, homely vibe that makes it so much more comfortable than a standard apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you could need, from a full kitchen to laundry facilities, making it ideal for both short and long stays. The bed is incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep every time, and having a dedicated carpark is such a bonus, especially in a central location. The host is fantastic—always responsive and supportive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Christchurch. It’s a gem I keep coming back to!

A very comfortable, and quite large, apartment. The area is a mix of light business and apartments. Lots of places to eat, of all quality levels, nearby. The city is a comfortable walk away, and offers no end of choices. It's on a main road, so a little noise creeps in during the day, but it was never offensive. All gone by early evening, so the nights were quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

It was great to stay at Angela’s airbnb. From the get go Angela was very responsive and went above and above to accomodate us as a family. The location is great, with lots of shops nearby and super close to the city centre. The house was super clean, had everything available in the house which made me feel home. Highly recommend the house and Angela as a host!

Second time staying here and once again it was a fantastic stay. Modern, clean, quiet, just what we needed. We will stay again!

Gemma’s place is amazing. The house is decorated so nicely, Gemma is friendly easy to communicate with and accomodating. We felt right at home! plus the two adorable cats were nice company! Would definitely recommend!!

Thank you so much for a fabulous stay. The apartment is beautiful and one street from the beach front and Brighton Jetty. Inside is so clean, bright and modern. The shops are so close - at the end of the street and the cheapest fuel around the corner. Also, a short drive or bus trip into Christchurch central, and many other areas. New Brighton is a developing area, due to location and proximity. The old is being replaced with new and modern. We were a little surprised when we drove into the area/street. It initially seemed like a very low-socio economic area, but as we explored we could see the potential and the work in progress. Our four days at the apartment were sensational. We joined the New Brighton Club(at the end of the street). $5 for a months membership, this allowed us to buy drinks with our meals. The food was fabulous and very well priced. Also, we were always able to park on the street outside the apartment.

Beau logement moderne et propre avec chambres au deuxième étage, un bel petit espace extérieur pour l’apéro . Il se situe à 15 min. à pied du très beau centre touristique et des restos….bien aimé et je recommande sans problème !!!

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place in Christchurch. Like all have noted it is clean, classy and comfortable. We loved the location which is close to shopping, recreation and dining. Rachel is also an awesome host giving us help when needed and spot on recommendations. I encourage everyone else to book Rachel’s condo! You won’t be disappointed.

We spent New Year's Eve at this place and found the location excellent, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and the CBD. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Susan’s apartment in Christchurch! As a family of four, we found the space perfect and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, close to everything with a café on the corner, making it easy for us to explore Christchurch. We highly recommend Susan’s place to anyone visiting the area.
