This home is everything its described to be plus some. The home is extremely clean and very neat. It is thoughtfully decorated and arranged for comfort in the living and sleeping spaces. The outdoor patio is wonderful for lounging or enjoying a meal at the table. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked for cooking in. If you have children from infant to teen the home is equipped for them. Toys for young toddlers are available as well as a safety gate to keep them from venturing up the stairs. Brand new bicycles are available for riding the many bike paths and safe roads around MLB. Beach necessities galore including a convenient cart for toting all of the "stuff" the short walk to the beach. Teens love the ping pong table and the ESPN basketball hoops game. If you are travelling with a pet, the home is well equipped for your pet as well. A wonderful lawn on two sides of the pool that is fenced in. Rooms are equipped with nice linens and plenty of towels and beach towels.

This place was perfect for my girls trip to Florida!

Honestly Tim's place (and Tim) are great. We used the beach stuff a lot and grilled quite a bit which was super nice. We used it as a our home base as we explored the the many wonderful beaches and places close by. Special to us...restaurants: Tiki Cafe, Ichabod's, Sands; beaches: Paradise, Canova (dog beach), Ponce De Leon; other wonderful places: dog parks, Rock Harbor church (awesome!). Also don't miss the rocket launches (we saw 3 in a single week including 2 night launches (on the beach, and from Tim's fenced in back yard). Take at least one morning and catch a sunrise on the beach right across the street, its worth it. Many of these are within walking distance; Walgreens & Publix are also near. If you're adventurous, head north about 1 hour to Playalinda beach, you can get pretty close to the launch pads and catch a blast off very close-up. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked inviting. Tim took great care of us when we needed anything but also gave us our privacy.

Very clean, well kept and interesting house. Hemingway theme was enjoyed by all. Private backyard with comfortable seating for 6 of us under shelter from sun or rain was peaceful and beautiful. Inviting neighborhood to walk in - waterfront very close to sidewalk. Clear view of shuttle launch within easy walk. Wifi and tv worked well. Easy and secure access to the house without need to carry keys. Nice place for our 3-couple rendezvous!

This was our 2nd stay at this home with our 3 children, their spouses, and our 7 young grandchildren (ages1-9). We love the open layout, the patio area above the beach, and the single floor living for all but the master suite. The hosts are exceptionally responsive. The reverse osmosis water filter tap is a big plus that most homes we’ve rented do not have.

This house is nicely situated close to Melbourne downtown and access to the beach. It was a great launchpad for our family during our stay. Given the number of rooms and beds in the house we thought that it would accommodate all of us comfortably. We had 4 families stay (8 adults), each with small children (under 4). It was okay for all of us, but a little crowded. I do think maybe the house would have been more comfortable for 2-3 families (4-6 adults) as there are only 2 full bathrooms. There was some noise carryover from the main areas to bedrooms that were right off of the main area, making bedtime with young kids tricky. I think the home would be absolutely perfect for families with elementary age kids / teens or fewer very young kids so they would be contained to the rooms further away from the common areas. We loved the large kitchen and large table. We loved the bounce house and hot tub for backyard playtime. Ample parking for a few vehicles. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Stay was good for what we needed. It accommodated sleeping arrangements for our large party. House does need some work but they were very upfront about that. Let them know anything that was broke or not right just to be sure and they were very responsive. The area is in an older area, so some of the houses are run down but very close to a nice beach. Overall it worked well for us for our stay before the cruise.

We totally enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, short walk to the beach, and the back yard was amazing. The only thing it needed was a hammock.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

Great place to relax. We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean. The pool was very relaxing. The entertainment area was great for exercising and just chilling out. There were many games available. The rooms were in excellent shape. The kitchen has the amenities and the bathrooms are clean. Glad they supplied towels for bath and beach.

We loved the house. The house was well furnished and beds were comfortable. The outside was beautiful. Saw dolphins and manatees during our stay. Great location as well.

Beautifully appointed duplex. Fun beachy decors, super clean and well maintained! We were 2 couples but it is definitely comfortably spacious enough for more guests (e.g. bachelorette party) and ideal for 2 couples with 4 children. You can tell the owners travel a lot as the home was equipped with everything you need and want in a vacation home (from a Keurig to IPads in the kids bunk room, PacMan to board games, putting green to a couple beach chairs, umbrellas and cart to schlepp everything to the beach). Both main masters had comfortable king beds and bedding and plenty of towels were available! Robert was super responsive and even texted to inform us about an upcoming rocket launch! Would definitely go back!
