My family and I had a wonderful stay in this cottage for my 50th birthday. It was one of the most unique places we’ve ever been (and we’ve travelled a lot); it was in the perfect location to see the water, take lovely walks, and soak in the tub. It was clean, comfortable, had lots of space, and there were so many fun games for the children to play (ours are all tweens/teens and they weren’t a single bit bored). The back garden is a little sun trap, perfect for afternoon teas. Highly recommend booking this house! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

Great accommodation for 3 of my colleagues to stay in for the week whilst working close by. Andy was a great host and fast at communicating if we had any questions. We booked for a second week straight after as we could guarantee a great stay. Thank you :)

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Perfect stay, house is gorgeous, very clean & has everything you need. Great welcome pack and lovely touch leaving a bottle of Prosecco. Great hosts! Awesome location… Lots to do within walking distance, for adults and children. Would definitely love to come back, and highly recommend.

Cottage exactly as described cosy, comfortable and very convenient for parking, shops and wonderful walks. Johanna provided excellent and very useful information re walking routes and good eating! Perfect location for keen walkers wanting level and safe walking routes!

A must, very beautiful place that did not disappoint in anyway , clear and precise instructions on directions , what to do and where to eat. Felt like part of the warm family for a few days Apartment served us well and the back drop of the beautiful scenery was well worth the price . Our parking was just right outside the door . Had us a good few hours exploring the history of the tower and family tree Photo's don't do this place justice at all , do hope we can come back in the future THANK YOU ALL

Jo is a friendly host who responds quickly and made sure we were comfortable. Jo also gave good directions on the local area as well as food place recomendations. It is a lovely place with a lot of history around it. The castle is only a 2 mintue walk, and the park was beautiful. The House was great and exactly what we needed for the weekend

We really enjoyed our stay being close to the seafront and town centre and enjoying bright afternoon sunshine as it flooded the lounge, kitchen and outside bench. The cliff top cafe has long been a favourite of ours and breakfast outside in bright sunshine looking out to sea was a real pleasure. The walk along the sea front to the Deben estuary past the golf course is always enjoyable and on this occasion we extended it to make it a 16.5k walk door to door! Thank you Judith and Mike for a very enjoyable stay, we’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

What a little Gem, we loved our stay and the flat was amazing, fully equipped with what we needed. Amazing views and very comfortable. Great location and great parking and close to all amenities. We would definitely recommend, thank you for letting us stay 🥰.

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

This is a little gem. The pics don’t do it justice. The garden is incredible and the host is delightful, aswell as the chickens, fish, Betsy, Archie and Aggy (dogs). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful abode.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at this apartment, booked easily even though it was very last minute due to being let down by another owner. Thank you to Caroline for being so helpful and super responsive. The location is perfect to explore Felixstowe on foot and it’s handy having private off-road parking. We played mini-golf, ate out at some great spots, used the huge park down the road, went to the arcades on the pier and swam at the leisure centre just across the road. The space is beautiful, spacious, clean and we had everything that we needed, and more. Clear instructions and helpful information on the pre-arrival details too. Our daughters didn’t want to leave! We’d love to return again.

Siri’s apartment had everything anyone could need, including the kitchen sink! It was spotlessly clean and there were cereals, fruit, teas, coffee and hot chocolate available. It was really quiet and had a lovely shower. I couldn’t fault it.

We had a great time🙂! Joanne is a great host and it was easy to reach her for couple of things we needed to know. House is in a great spot. The flat was spotless clean and a great sunlight in the flat was delightful. Had everything we needed. The flat is close to the town centre and the beach. We would come back again. Thank you Joanne.
