The apartment is very nice and clean, it made us feel like home and we decided to extend our stay. We met a cleaning lady and she was very helpful. The owner was always ready to answer our questions and communication is very easy and smooth. We discover this amazing neighborhood day by day, it’s full of restaurants and beach is just behind the corner. We recommend this place! :-)

A fantastic apartment in a great location. It was spotlessly clean, all the linen was of a good quality. The kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony overlooking the pool - great for wine and cheese in the evening! The pool was amazing, quiet, plenty of beds, and a bar if you wanted a drink, It was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Sad to leave but we will return!

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Wir hatten als dreiköpfige Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in Casa Regina, Wohnung 2. Wir konnten auf der großen Terrasse angenehm sitzen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Pool und Garten konnten wir schön nutzen. Waschmaschine super. Andrew und seine Mutter Lurdes waren sehr reaktionsschnell und kommunikativ. Bei Problemen mit der Dusche wurde schnell reagiert und es gab als kleine Entschädigung Kekse und Wein. Bei der Buchung weist Andrew auch darauf hin, dass es eine ruhige Wohneinheit ist. Es ist tatsächlich wichtig, dies zu berücksichtigen, da die Wohnungen recht eng aneinander liegen. Wohnung 3 grenzt an das große Schlafzimmer an und je nach Nachbarn kann es auch etwas hellhörig sein. Man hört auch immer mal die Straße, nachts ist es jedoch relativ ruhig und auch am Pool ist es idyllisch. Es ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Eingang von Wohnung 1 auf die Terrasse von Wohnung 2 führt. Wir hatten sehr nette Nachbarn, so dass es für uns nicht weiter störend war.

J’ai adoré le séjour, l’appartement est parfait, il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires. Les installations de l’immeuble (pizcines, hammam, sauna, etc..) sont un grand +. David est très gentil et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande fortement !! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Très bel endroit bien situé à proximité de la ville de Tavira et du bord de l eau nous avons bien apprécié

A casa está muito bem decorada e é extremamente confortável, com todas as comodidades que se possa pensar. A Maria foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre disponível e pronta a ajudar em tudo. Recomendo o alojamento para quem quiser passar uns dias tranquilos em Cabanas!

Bonita casa, totalmente amueblada con todo lo necesario, camas muy cómodas,con televisión de última generación. La casa muy limpia juan Antonio respondía muy rápido a todos.

La casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Limpieza excelente. Brian, nos informó muy bien de todo; supermercados, playas...etc. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy reconfortante. Sin duda un lugar que recomendaremos.

We had a wonderful stay at Maike’s and Jen’s AirBnB. Our trip was slightly delayed, and Maike (and manager Sandra) were very patient and accommodating. The accommodation was clean, and well stocked. Everything one could hope for. The location was fantastic, and access to the beach and hiking trail was extremely convenient. We also enjoyed evening swims in the pool!! The property and landscaping was also beautiful. You will love your stay here! Mat

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Man hat aus jedem Stockwerk und dem Garten Blick aufs Meer. Die Fotos versprechen wirklich nicht zu viel! Am tollsten ist der abendliche Blick von der Dachterasse. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern hat auch die nötigen Utensilien (etwas Salz, Öl, Tee, Kaffee, Waschmittel, Geschirr-Spülmittel…) gehabt, den man sonst immer gleich kaufen muss. Es gibt sogar zwei Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle, um einen optimalen Strandtag zu verbringen. Maria hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns mit guten Tipps für die Gegend versorgt. Im Pool in der Anlage waren immer nur ein paar andere Gäste. Auch das war sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, so dass man nachts nur das Zirpen der Grillen hört. Gleichzeitig bedeutet das aber auch, dass ein Auto zu empfehlen ist, um zum Supermarkt, zu Restaurants oder zu einem der tollen Strände in der Umgebung zu fahren. Der checkout verlief genauso unkompliziert wie der checkin.

A Inês foi bastante comunicativa e disponível antes, durante e depois da nossa estadia. A casa estava em linha com as expectativas e fica perto da praia e da zona central de Altura. Tem um bom espaço e bastantes opções de entretenimento. Em geral, gostámos muito e recomendamos!

Muy aconsejable. El apartamento era tranquilo y estaba muy limpio. La ubicación muy buena para ver todo el Algarve. Jorge muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

We hadden met ons gezin van 4 een heel erg aangenaam en gezellig verblijf! Heerlijk beddengoed, functionele keuken, handig met 2 badkamers, gezellig, mooi ingericht, op wandelafstand koffie-barretje , winkel, resto, markt…

I was extremely happy with my accommodations at Carlos’ place. He went above and beyond to provide me with breakfast for my stay. The area was extremely safe. I wholeheartedly would recommend this place to anyone considering staying in Albufiera.

have stayed in this complex before, apartment exactly as described. Rita was friendly, helpful and very responsive to any questions. was especially thankful that Rita happily spent 25minutes on the phone to fix the AC remote (prior guest unpaired) and didn't leave until it was resolved -very appreciative of that. lovely stay and great hosts, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Ter ficado alojada no apto da Adriana foi super. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, Adriana sempre atenciosa e preocupada com os seus hóspedes. Sitio calmo, tranquilo. O apto tem td que precisamos para passar umas excelentes férias, piscina espetacular e uma quadra de ténis fantástica. Parabéns Adriana pelo seu alojamento e tb pela Anfitriã que é. Lovely place to stay! Quite a hilly walk to and from old town / beaches but we rented a car so that wasn’t a problem. The car parking is not guaranteed, often had to park on roads because there was no spaces outside. But beautifully clean apartment, exactly how the photos are, and the host was very responsive. Thank you.

Gerard & Denise were super friendly and answer timely to our requests. The apartment was simple but nicely furnitured and the heaters were perfect for the space. We had a very comfortable stay and the breakfast in the sunny balcony just before leaving Algarve was delicious. If we will come back to Silves, this is the place to stay!

This is our second time staying at Katrina’s apartment and it felt like coming home. The long balcony gives you space to eat outside or to dry clothes. Katrina has thought of everything- from beach chairs and towels to a large rain umbrella which was quite useful as the weather was quite dreadful for a week or two. However, we took advantage of the heated pool that we have access to as well as the in site restaurant and bar and I look forward to returning next year.

I had a fantastic (short) stay in Praia de Santa Eulalia at Irina's apartment. I visited in January meaning the complex was pretty empty, so my stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Irina's apartment has everything you need for a stay in Albufeira, walking distance to two supermarkets and quite a few restaurants and coffee shops. Beach is also at walking distance, although water was quite cold in January! Access to the apartment was relatively easy, instructions were very clear and Irina was always accessible and prompt to answer via text - thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a gem this place was as the location was just perfect as there was a great restaurant (BAL BINO) food was excellent. A Bakery and coffee shop also across the street . Two Grocery store with in walking distance. The most beautiful beaches only a couple blocks away and a stroll on the Board Walk with tons of fine dining restaurants and gift shops. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities you needed as the hosts thought of everything. The bed was comfortable with white linens.The balcony was so relaxing and the views in the evening Sunsets were just beautiful. We settled right in and loved everything about our stay . Would definitely 100% recommend Nancy and Davids AirBNB . Thank you Nancy & David for making our vacation perfect.
