The house was great and a short walk to a playground. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows and linens which was perfect for the kids sleeping on the futon. Neighborhood felt safe and the house is on a quiet street.

The Centennial House was perfect for our extended family to gather. The giant dining room table and spacious kitchen were perfect for meals and board games. Everyone had a comfortable room to stay in and our Sheltie had so much fun racing the kids around the house. Location is close to Colorado National Monument and the grand Junction area while also being out away from the freeway and busy traffic areas.

Great location! Walking distance to downtown and not far to hiking/skiing. Would definitely stay again, Amri was very responsive.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

This was our second stay in the Escalante tent. Our first stay was in 2022. The property was already awesome back then, but the hosts have done a TON of work these past 2 years from the community pool area, bathrooms and pathways, to all the decorations, lighting, and sitting areas that give an overall inviting feeling to the property. We've stayed at other glamping properties, but this one is by far the best. The scenery is top notch. There are no crowds in Gateway, so it is very peaceful. The drives south towards Naturita along the Dolores and over the pass to Moab are incredible. The tent comes with everything you need to cook/eat, build a fire, or just relax. Also, the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept on, even compared to expensive hotels I've stayed in. On top of it all, the Escalante is pet friendly. Our dog loved this place. He's since passed on to bigger and better things, but we'll make the Escalante tent a regular stop to celebrate his memory.

It was a perfect get away and close to home. The hot tub was our favorite part, and my kids had a blast in it with us. The views were incredible in the evening we got to watch the sunset as we were in the hot tub. The beddibg was very clean and great smell, it felt like at home! Plenty of towels and wrobes perfect for after the hot tub! Will be back soon!!! 10/10

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a large group. The location is fantastic, very near to hiking/biking trails and amenities and with incredible views. We loved the backyard fire pit and hot tub. It is very family friendly with lots of cool spaces for kids; a great kids room with bunk beds, tree house and club house and lots of toys and games. The kitchen was well stocked and with a nice open dining area, and there were good hang out spaces. We would love to return.

Had a great long weekend at the Tiny House. It's just as described. Has all you need and everything you don't. It's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It's big enough for 1-2 people and very cozy. It was a peaceful place to stay with my dog (As a dog owner, I love the fact that she doesn't charge extra!) Thanks for letting me stay at the Tiny House!

What a beautiful oasis in the Palaside countryside. The house was charming and well maintained. The large fenced area outside was greatly appreciated by the dog. The setting itself is peaceful and offers great views of the mountains. It is also a great jumping off point to see the many things the area has to offer. Would love to stay again, for longer next time!

Incredible hosts. You know the phrase “give more than you take” — that’s how Amanda and her husband treated me, with warmth and hospitality after a long arduous journey on the road. It was very appreciated. Fire and star gazing were wonderful as well. Thank you so much!

We loved this cute townhouse in Grand Junction! The location was perfect, and the home was well appointed. The kitchen was very efficient with everything you needed! The bathrooms were super clean with double vanities. The beds were comfortable with luxurious bedding. There is plenty of parking on the street right outside the rental. The layout was great for our group with the private suite on the third floor and two bedrooms with a shared bath on the second. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hosts were available and friendly. Loved how close the horses were (open blinds and see them)!

We LOVED our stay here. The property is amazing. It’s so fun to explore the wilderness that surrounds it. We loved sitting by the pond and watching the frogs. We also really enjoyed the fun outdoor games available. Our dogs had so much room to run and absolutely loved it. The inside of the home is beautiful. Rachel has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We also loved how close the property was to all of our activities. We went horseback riding, rafting, wine tasting and visited the Colorado National Monument…all within 10 minutes of the property. Highly recommend!!

This cabin was perfect for a relaxing and off-the-grid stay. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed from extra pillows to kitchen utensils and pots. We enjoyed the beauty around the cabin so much. There were so many hummingbirds enjoying the feeders on the porch, plenty of room for the dogs to run, the most stunning views of the stars at night, and laying by (and in the river) was an absolute pleasure. We ventured into Paonia and enjoyed the town and wine tastings. And the cabin is a nice drive through beautiful aspen groves to Crested Butte. I would recommend this cabin to anyone (especially those dogs) wanting a peaceful, fairly remote stay. I would note that the property isn’t gated or fenced so if your dogs bolt, probably best to keep them on leash. This stay was a 10/10 for us!

There's no word to describe how amazing this place is! if you are an animal lover, you have to stay here! it was a little slice of heaven and we really enjoyed spending our christmas at this place. We went out every morning and fed the animals treats, got to interact with them as much as we wanted. It was really cool to wake up, open my eyes and see all the animals out the window. awe are big dog lovers in our family and were missing our own pets so it was really great to have the dogs wandering around the property, and we could let them in the house with us to hang out any time we wanted. We will definitely be back to this place!
