Muy agradable, bonito, limpio y seguro. Lo que faltaría es un tocador y espejos ya que solo hay uno en el baño y no es suficiente para los habitantes. Si hay algo de ruido por qué enfrente hay una cancha. Todo lo demás muy bien, me volvería a quedar.

Overall, stay was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Location was easy to find. Parking attendant was very attentive. I like that they offer private parking in a covered lot at the property. The check in process was smooth and easy. The location is great. Many restaurants and an OXXO on the same block and across the street. The female receptionists did seemed not happy or welcoming, other than that it was a good stay.

La ubicación y el lugar es excelente, hay cafesitos y restaurantes sumamente cerca, la accesibilidad al hospedaje es excelente (altamente recomendado para recuperación postoperatoria) . La atención de Manuel también excelente, resolución rápida . Estupendo!

Perfect for my adult daughter and myself during our short visit, but big sufficient for several more of us. Secure location, walkable to everything we needed. Host was very communicative, helpful, and responsive. Home had everything we needed. Plan to stay here again on a future trip.

Daniel and his team made our stay easy. We're stayed in the home for 2 months as we were in between homes. Communication with the team was super easy .. they didn't over-communicate, but we're always responsive. The space itself was perfect for us. Parking in the driveway is fine, but street parking is limited. Though we never had an issue. 5-stars across the board! Thanks again for hosting us!

Had a great stay! Great location close to the beach and bars and restaurants. The designated parking space was very nice!

This was my first time using an AirBNB and our first family vacation with our 1 year old grandson and my daughter, son in law, my wife and my adult son. We found the 3 bedroom house very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was great being so close to Balboa Park, I got to play a lot of tennis while my extended family enjoyed the St Patrick day festival… the area where this house is located is a fun safe area in Nort Park San Diego. Hope to return again one day!

Heather's place was perfect for our needs. We were down in San Diego to visit our daughter's at SDSU, and the place was ideal for the four of us. We used the beach cruisers to go to the beach and Mission Bay and had a great time. We will stay here again for sure!

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Wade's place. The location can't be beat - walkable to the Sunday Hillcrest farmers marker (highly recommend!) and restaurants, etc. We drove when we visited nearby Balboa Park, but you could walk there too! The front and back gardens are beautiful and the beds were extra-comfortable. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed! Wade was prompt and helpful with communication.

My wife and I stayed a week. Our son who lives in the area was able to join for 4 nights. Toughest choice every day was do we go to the beach on the bay side, or the sea side! Everything was within walking distance, except grocery store. But they were a quick 10 minute drive. Just what we wanted. Relax, walk to everything! After a week, we took the rental car back to the airport and realized we only drove 21 miles all week!

Excellent property with all the amenities. This place is amazing, safe and secure with everything you will need.

Highly recommend! The view is incredible and the amenities are amazing. It is perfect for anyone coming for a trip to Valle de Guadalupe. The pictures are spot on with respect to the condo. Loved it and would stay here again a thousand times.

This was a perfect "find" for me. Nice room with full private bath and plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to a fully equipped kitchen with storage for my own groceries. The location allowed me a short walk to Zona Rio for my medical appointments. Franco was a wonderful host who met me upon arrival and oriented me around the property. Franco lives with a small dog named Nala who is very friendly. She spends most of her time out-of-doors, never in the guestroom. I will definitely return!

It was truly a pleasure staying here and could not have asked for a better location! The condo was more beautiful in person and our experience was better than expected. This place had it all in spades! Rooms were clean, well sized, beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, beautiful windows with unobstructed vistas of the ocean, kitchen completely stacked with everything we needed and even included a lovely care package for our stay, large comfy couch in the living room and couples egg lounge chair on the balcony, and best of all access to the beach within walking distance! Excellent food selections close by (we recommend Trenta Quattro because they happened to have live music when we went and you can't beat the sunset view at dinner time).

Place is exactly as described! Took my parents here, and we were more than comfortable. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby, but still quiet and a good place to rest. Would stay again!

Casa agradable, espacios amplios y limpios con una vista a la playa impresionante desde la terraza, acceso a la playa a unas cuadras de distancia. Camas muy amplias y cómodas. Agua caliente en todo momento. el sofa-cama un poco incomodo, apenas colocando una colchoneta encima para mayor comodidad. Las TVs funcionaban bien, la de la sala tenia varios canales para entretenimiento, excelente la señal del wifi en la red 2G. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. Nos dejo varios suministros básicos para nuestra estancia como papel, jabón, aceite, especias, agua... Pasamos un excelente fin de semana
