Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

This is a wonderful space for a quiet, private getaway. The amenities are fantastic and there is ample space for a large group. We even encountered a very minor issue with a broken cabinet and they had someone in the following morning to repair it (not at all necessary, but very appreciated). The pool area feels lush & has plenty of outdoor seating (including a covered area). There was also an abundance to explore in the area, by bike or car, it has beautiful surroundings.

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Soggiorno bellissimo, posto incantevole, bambini entusiasti soprattutto della piscina e del tanto spazio esterno. Vincenzo ci ha accolti con cordialità ed è sempre stato disponibile. Non potevamo chiedere di più!!!

A group of friends and I booked this house as the base for my 30th birthday in Puglia and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want from a pool, beautiful outside dining area, roof access, yoga area and table tennis. The interior is furnished very tastefully and makes for a comfortable stay for 8 guests. The house is located in an extremely peaceful location surrounded by olive groves. It is slightly remote and you will need to hire a car to get here and get the most out of Puglia. We did arrange for a local taxi service to pick us up and bring us to the nearby town of Ostuni for a couple of nights (where there are also connections by bus and train to the rest of the region). The host was extremely responsive and flexible during our whole stay and made everything run smoothly. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing week in Italy with friends or family.

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

De AirBnB was echt fantastisch. Op basis van de foto's verwachtten we al heel wat moois, maar de uitzichten over Fasano en in de verte de zee overtroffen alles. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. De woning zelf was prima en van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Marika was een geweldige host, altijd bereid om even bij te staan. Ik had helaas de pech dat ik vlak voor aankomst een griep te pakken had gekregen en daardoor behoorlijk ziek werd. Marika was er om te helpen met medicijnen en schoon beddengoed. Vanuit de AirBnB kun je veel mooie plekken bezoeken - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (het Trulli-dorp), verschillende beachclubs langs de kust en met wat verder rijden heb je nog Lecce, Tarente en Brindisi zo bereikt. Een stuk dichterbij is het stadje Fasano, aardig om te zien en er zijn aardig wat restaurantjes te vinden. Op loopafstand van de AirBnB een restaurantje. Een simpele keuken, maar prima voor als je een avondje niet wil koken maar ook niet rijden.

Villa ampia, con tanto spazio esterno e piscina, ottima la posizione. Livio è stato gentilissimo, ma abbiamo conosciuto anche Vito e Valentina che sono stati disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno molte indicazioni su cosa fare nella zona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento in ottima posizione e molto accogliente; I proprietari, così come tutto il resto delle persone che abbiamo incontrato in paese, si sono dimostrati molto gentili e si sono preoccupati che stessimo bene durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno addirittura fatto un pensierino all'arrivo ed alla partenza!

Le logement de Loredana est idealement situé pour visiter les Pouilles. Loger dans un trullo, maison typique de la region, est une experience sympathique; la maison est decoree avec gout et bien equipee. Loredana a été reactive dès que nous avions une question et la communication tout au long de la semaine fut parfaite ! Je recommande vivement ce trullo!

Perfect location in the old town but just outside of the restaurants and nightlife area so that you can still find plenty of peace and silence. Staying in the apartment feels a bit like going back in history with the dome ceiling and stone walls, whilst still enjoying all the standard amenities of modern life. Perfectly clean kitchen and bathroom. Accessing the property couldn't be easier, and you can get to the main square, bars and restaurants in less than 3 mins. Just a perfect place for a few days with the family.

Léonardo et son épouse ont été d'une gentillesse extrême. Les petites attentions prévues à notre arrivée (énorme panier de légumes du jardin, confiture, petits gâteaux de la région etc...) ont été très appréciées. L'environnement composé de champs d'oliviers et d'arbres fruitiers est très reposant. Les principaux villages typiques de la région (Alberobello et ses trullis, Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca et Monopoli) snt à une poignées de kilomètres de la maison. Un séjour parfait. Merci à Léonardo et son épouse.

Dom uomo gentilissimo, super disponibile per consigli sul luogo e aperto a venirti incontro. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e in ordine con anche qualche accortezza in più da parte sua. L’appartamento è in una zona ottima, circondato da spiagge, ristoranti e bar a pochi metri di distanza. La descrizione di Dom rispecchia alla perfezione la casa e dintorni. Felicissimi di questa scelta😊

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Villa Rinaldi. We were 5 adults and it was great to have 3 ensuite bedrooms with plenty of space. The outdoor space was particularly lovely with lots of places to relax. Warm enough even in mid-Oct. Allison was absolutely fantastic always responding in a timely and helpful manner to any questions we might have before and during the trip. Valentina met us upon arrival to let us in and show us everythingl. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast foods (yogurt, fruit, waters, juices, cereals, eggs all kinds of gf breads/crackers/etc - i had told her several of us were GF - plus regular & oat milk as some were dairy free as well). V also brought us the most delicious gluten free and dairy free fruit tart! There was also a washer and dryer in the house. Kitchen appeared to be well stocked if one wanted to cook (we didn't other than making some eggs). It is somewhat remote so will definitely have to have a car to explore or go out to dinners.

Mimma is energetic and positive, exuding good vibes. We were comfortable and well cared for. We especially appreciated the welcome basket of foods, several homemade treats. Mimma also shared her family’s history and showed us their original trullo house. It is like a museum! We were very fortunate to stay during the religious festival in Alberobello. Mimma made arrangements for us to be seated with the locals outside the butcher shop. What a unique memory-making treat.

Carmela et Francesco sont très sympathiques...nous avons pu discuter plus longuement avec Francesco qui a été très sympathique et avisé pour visiter les Pouilles..tout s'est très bien passé.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre: io, mia moglie e la nostra bambina di un anno. Appartamento adatto per famiglie anche numerose in quanto la casa è molto grande, su due piani con terrazza. La padrona gentilissima, la casa disponeva di un lettino per la nostra bimba che gentilmente ci ha preparato lasciandoci anche qualche peluche per farla giocare. Sicuramente favolosa per le vacanze estive, noi abbiamo soggiornato per le vacanze di Natale e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda, ma siamo stati comunque bene. Consigliatissima.

Ottima posizione per poter visitare tranquillamente tutta la Puglia in auto, posto molto tranquillo e immerso nella natura. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità, se avete dubbi o volete informazioni non esitate a chiedere a loro che sapranno indirizzarvi al meglio. Alloggio curato e pulito, attrezzato ad ogni confort. Un grazie speciale a Piero che ci ha fatto sentire a casa! A presto

Posto tranquillissimo e bellissimo dove rilassarsi e godersi un po' di tranquillità e a 15-20 minuti di distanza da altri luoghi da visitare. Erika è stata super disponibile e gentile all'accoglienza. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà. Assolutamente consigliato!

Muy lindo el alojamiento de Maira, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Solo a pasos de la playa, en jardín compartido muy lindo! Podíamos ver a la gente pasar por el puente mientras nosotros nos tomábamos algo en la terraza. Lo recomiendo 100%

Bra lägenhet med ingång till det enda rummet direkt från gatan. Verkar vara en vanlig typ av boende här. Lite mörkt men vi tillbringade inte så mycket tid i lägenheten så det gjorde inget. Bra läge i fantastiska Polignano a Mare! Dessutom mycket trevligt och lätt att kommunicera med Francesco! Gav många bra tips! Återkommer gärna!

Se volete passare un week end all'insegna del relax accompagnato volendo da un po' di romanticismo, una casa che sa di lusso con quella vasca idromassaggio e la sauna ,ha ogni confort a partire dalla cucina con penisola ,il forno per la pizza ti da venire voglia di passare la serata all'interno della casa. Leandro disponibile in ogni momento cordiale ed educato siamo stati benissimo Vicinissimo a Matera consiglio vivamente di andarci

Tolle Wohnung, viel Platz, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, privater Parkplatz und eine großartige Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben, doch leider bekommen wir nicht so viele Urlaubstage, wie wir gerne hätten! Es gibt so viel zu sehen in dieser Gegend, insbesondere, wenn man sich für die Vergangenheit interessiert. Die Landschaft selbst hat ebenfalls ihren eigenen Reiz. Es ist gut, auch Orte zu besuchen, die außerhalb der touristischen Hauptrouten liegen!
