Excellent host! Appreciated Julie's advice on area & for the lending of a scale to weigh our packing! Was very roomy and the kitchen had ample dishes & appliances. We appreciated the blackout curtains for sleeping too.

Great little studio unit that worked well for our week long snow holiday as a couple. Easy walking distance to great local restaurants and cafes. Responsive and helpful hosts. Everything was as described and we found the place to be plenty warm with good sunlight. Thank you for having us 😀

This place was decorated in a stylish way, tidy and organized. All amenities were easy to find and milk was provided in the refrigerator for coffee, with a Nespresso machine. The living room was comfortable. There only were windows on one wall of the building, and a skylight in the living room, with blackout curtains in the bedroom, so the bedroom could be made dark. There was slight traffic noise, noticeable from the bedroom, as the 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is near the highway. However, traffic dies down at night and we were neither kept awake nor woken by the noise. Our hosts were very flexible with our check-in time, which we appreciated, since we arrived after midnight. Thank you for an easy stay.

The place was wonderful- cute little spot close by Mt Hutt and Methven. Quiet area with beautiful mountain and field views. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need including a microwave which wasn’t shown in photos. Super easy to check in and had clear instructions from the host. Would come back for future winter holidays!

We had a lovely stay. Robyn was a great host and very welcoming. The unit was excellent, very comfortable bed and great shower. Even our dog enjoyed the visit. Strongly recommend staying here.

We only stayed one night at Michelle's place. It was easy to find, and the interior was clean and tidy. However, we experienced issues with water pressure in the shower. Michelle was very proactive and quickly arranged for someone to fix it, although we were already on our way out by then.

A lovely private place for a week away. Easy to find, peaceful and calm, and only a short drive to Christchurch city. It had everything we needed for our stay, clear instructions, and thoughtful inclusions like homemade raspberry jam (delicious) and nice toiletries. Hosts struck the perfect balance of communication so we felt well looked after but also had privacy and independence the whole trip. Everything exactly as we hoped it would be.

Stunning scenery, close to town and Mt Hutt. On a clear night the stars are unforgettable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic accomodation - very clean, tidy with the basics provided. A great space to crash and explore the area / visit family. Comfy beds and good pressure shower. Vanessa went the extra mile to set us up, with a few books and toys provided for our 2yo. Great stay!!

10a Barker's was extremely clean close to the main st Methven. Kitchen has all utensils and cutlery needed .Was a very comfortable stay

We loved our stay, the apartment was warm, tidy and had lots of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was really easy and our children enjoyed the tennis court, spa and playground all within a 30 metre radius to the apartment. We would definitely stay again!
