We had a lovely stay at Debbie’s accommodation. The caravan was easy to find and ideally situated for our trip. The surroundings are pleasant and it was a peaceful location. The caravan was clean, tidy and well equipped. There was a lovely little welcome basket and milk & butter in the fridge, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. We would stay again and happily recommend this accommodation.

Great, welcoming host, always fast to respond from text and great communicator, not much time spent with the host but the time spent was very warm and welcoming.

Expensive but luxurious house very close to West Kirby beach, at the end of a cul-de-sace, with views over the Dee estuary, Hilbre islands, Royal Liverpool golf course. In close (walking) proximity to the West Kirby marine lake, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, with fast access to train/metro into Liverpool or towards Chester/Cheshire. The house is very spacious, many rooms and beds to choose from. The kitchen diner is particularly nice as it is located at the back of the house, looking onto the garden & terrace, with cooking island, induction cooker, several ovens and microwave, lots of cooking utensils, trays, pans etc. Outside space is very quiet, all you hear are bird sounds & occasionally a golfer teeing off :-) Beds are very soft (not everybody will like that)! Private parking space for 2 cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would return in future when visiting the area again

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Drift Barn while visiting family in Liverpool. Lovely accommodation - nicely converted barn. Easy to find with great directions from host. Good layout downstairs and everything provided for a comfortable stay. The host even left us fresh bread, milk and butter so we didn’t need to dash to the shops on arrival - local amenities are less than a 5 minute walk away. As there were only to two of us we used the largest bedroom, which was spacious with such a comfortable bed! However, the other bedroom looked lovely too. Since our return we have also recommended it to a friend who is due to visit Liverpool shortly. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Tip: if planning on travelling across the Mersey Gateway toll bridge into Liverpool, do download the Merseyflow app to automatically pay for your crossings.

Lovely clean, modern apartment. Everything worked perfectly, clear instructions were given for everything, even with videos which was really helpful. The area is not scenic - it's next to a car park and a building site - but it's next to the river and very close to Albert Docks with all the restaurants and cafes you need (but make sure you book as it's very busy!). Most of the main parts of the city are walkable within 10-20mins. It'd be perfect if you were going to a concert at the M&S arena as it's right next door. It was also fairly quiet as it's out of the way of all of the bars and restaurants, so we slept very well!

Has the best chilled weekend with friends. Beautiful house and surroundings. Would defiantly recommend.

We had a lovely stay bringing in the new year at the lodge with family. With a large family of 11 adults and 7 children, there was plenty of space and enough to do to keep us all entertained! Hot tub was lovely and clean. Adam and Daniel was really helpful and also recommended some local places to visit during our stay to see the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. We would definitely like to come back to stay again!

Our wish for visiting Liverpool was to be located outside the city centre so we could safely park our rental car for 2 nights and use nearby, easy transportation. Sarah’s place was PERFECT. Her Orrell Park flat had off-road parking and the train station was 30 seconds around the corner! You couldn’t hear the trains at all. We got into the city centre in 15 minutes. Her flat was up two short sets of stairs and had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and the couches (different than in the listing photo) were comfortable and had USB ports inside them! The Wi-Fi worked well. Portable heaters in most rooms quickly took the chill away. You can tell the flat has had updates. The bathroom (different than in the photo) needs new flooring and tiling, but renos take time and it was clean. The area seemed safe when we walked two minutes around the corner to a convenience store and a great takeaway fish and chips shop (huge pieces). You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
