The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

La casa di Elisa è perfetta sotto più punti di vista. Esternamente lo spazio per il parcheggio dell'auto è ottimo e c'è un angolo giardino molto gradevole. Internamente la casa è pulitissima e ordinata. Dispone di tutto l'occorrente. Letto comodo. La location è ottima per la vicinanza dal centro (poco più di 2 km a piedi). Nei dintorni si trovano ristoranti, bar e un grande supermercato a poche centinaia di metri. Elisa è un host impeccabile: gentile e sempre disponibile a supportare con consigli. Istruzioni perfette per l'accesso a casa. In conclusione consiglio fortemente l'alloggio di Elisa e non escludo di tornarci in futuro.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Guido ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e gentilezza. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente colpiti dalla sua disponibilità e precisione nello spiegarci tutti i dettagli dell’alloggio. Grazie mille davvero!

Wir füllen uns wie Zuhause. Federico hat sehr gastfreundlich vorbereitet mit Kaffee und Snacks. Er reagierte auch immer sofort wenn wir Fragen haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Really lovely stay. Antonio really went the extra mile to accommodate us. Great restaurant recommendations. Very clean apartment in quiet area, equipped with everything needed. Comfortable bed and great shower. Around 15/20 mins walk from centre of old town but also nice cafes and restaurants nearby, lovely to have the choice. A short taxi ride from airport makes it really convenient. Would 100% recommend and would love to return. Antonio embodied every other person we met in Bologna, every single person we met was friendly and helpful and welcoming. We’ll be back :)

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

Alles prima, nur ein Schneidebrett hätten wir noch vermisst. Die Vermietung war sehr proaktiv und darum bemüht, uns einen guten Aufenthalt zu bescheren.

The place was great, very spacious and it had everything we needed. Walid was friendly, helpful and available when we needed him.

Gute Lage, grosse Wohnung und gute Kommunikation! Gerne wieder!

mitten im Zentrum gelegen, alles zu Fuss in Kürze erreichbar, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants ...habe mein Auto im Parkhaus "Riva Reno" stehen gelassen von dort sind es ca 5min bis zur Wohnung, also bestens trotz Zentraler Lage ist es in der Nacht ziemlich ruhig da die Fenster in den Innenhof schauen, sehr empfehlenswert

J’ai beaucoup aimé l ambiance de ce plaisant appartement, la décoration, la propreté. La cour et le jardinet. Cristina doit être passionnée par les plantes et les fleurs. Well, what to say? I think that Piero is the host that everyone should meet when booking on Airbnb. Always available and proactive, gave us very good advises on transportation on arrival too. It was an amazing stay at Piero’s house. The room was cozy and very comfortable. Cleanliness at its highest perfection. I will always remember the breakfast with the homemade yogurt and the espresso made with the moka with blues and Luis Armstrong as a background music. The house is located at 2 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore which is the main square in Bologna so needless to say is in the middle of everything. I am a student so I often go to Bologna to take exams, but as of today I must say the staying at Piero was the best experience out of all other places I have been on this city. I strongly suggest Piero for your staying in Bologna!

Paola et son mari Roberto ont été très accueillants, chaleureux et très accommodants. Le logement était très joli et parfaitement propre. Nous avons été complètement charmés par la ville de Modène et c'est aussi grâce à notre séjour dans la jolie mansarde de Paola et de Roberto !

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

This was our second time at Il Ceraseto, and it is our favorite place in Italy. Stefano and Marilena are wonderful and their property is beautiful. We loved the delicious breakfast and coffee each morning on the patio, with the view overlooking the valley. We enjoyed our conversations with Stefano and learning about the history of the area. He was very helpful with suggestions for things to do and great restaurants for us to experience the food and wine of the area. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.
