Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Metropolitan city of Catania

Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans l'appartement de Livio. Tout était très propre et conforme à nos attentes. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse vue mer, où l'on peut entendre le bruit des vagues, allongé dans le hamac. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir, grazie mille !

Great place. Lot of space. Very clean. Amazing terrace. Hosts super helpful and friendly. In the same building there is great care. I recommend this place. Only minus was weak wifi.

The apartment is absolutely breathtaking! I think you probably can’t find a better view of Etna in the city than Antoine’s apartment and its rooftop terrace. If you’re lucky like us, you can observe Etna erupting at night! We appreciated a lot the modern and funky interior design as well as all the amenities that were available. Also the location was great and very central, so that you can go to the city center for a nice dinner every evening. Antoine also suggested us a parking lot nearby that we used, so that our car was safely parked and not exposed to the driving skills of locals.

Um Catania zu entdecken, eine perfekte Lage! Vom Flughafen aus mit Taxi, Bus oder Mietwagen unter 10min erreichbar. In der Stadt kann man sich dann zu Fuß bewegen. Die Wohnung liegt quasi auf dem bekannten Fischmarkt, was vor und Nachteile hat. Einerseits hat man rundum Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren, andererseits hat man auch immer Trubel, wobei unsere Nächte immer ruhig waren. Marco und Ambra haben super schnell auf Fragen reagiert und haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet! Tipps und Empfehlungen kamen sogar proaktiv. Die Wohnung ist riesig, wir waren nur zu zweit, aber 4 Leute können locker dort wohnen. Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Können die Wohnung und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren als Familie bei Sabrina. Es war grandios! Die Unterkunft, die Empfehlungen, der gesamte Aufenthalt. Sabrina hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps durch unseren Urlaub geführt. Die Ätna-Tour haben wir dank ihrer Hinweise genau am richtigen Tag gemacht. Der Parkplatz von Sabrina in Catania war Gold wert und auch die Restaurantempfehlungen. Das Appartement war super und hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub. Danke Sabrina!

Giuseppe and his brother-in-law Valerio went above and beyond for us during our stay. We even were granted an hour later check-out upon request! Valerio drove us from the train station and back again, toured us the apartment and swimming area. We rented the bikes from Giuseppe to explore closer to central Catania and it was a great suggestion! The best part was the VIEW! You cannot beat an ocean view, huge porch with tons of sunlight, unique black rocks, we didn’t want to leave the apartment! This is an exceptional Airbnb away from busy central Catania. The superstore being steps away was extremely convenient as well. Thanks again, Giuseppe!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. In terms of layout, design, usability and location, it does not get much better for this price. It is in the centre of a charming small city with everything you need close by, without feeling very touristy. It was great to stay here with a small child, but keep in mind that the entrance has a narrow staircase that is not super easy to navigate with a stroller.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Aufenthalt. Der Ausblick ist bei gutem Wetter atemberaubend. Sergio war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Touren und Tipps zusammengestellt. Außerdem hat er immer sehr schnell auf alles geantwortet. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden es jedem weiter empfehlen.

Delizioso ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina tenuta benissimo, situata nel pieno centro di Aci Trezza ma in una via silenziosa e molto carina. Luminosissimo, ordinato e davvero molto pulito. Dal salotto e dalla terrazza si gode di una magnifica vista dell'isola Lachea e dei faraglioni. Menzione speciale per il signor Mario, papà di Alfio il proprietario, che ci ha accolti per il check in con grande professionalità e gentilezza. Solo su una cosa ci siamo trovati in "disaccordo": secondo me la migliore granita di Aci Trezza la fanno al Gran Caffè Solaire, secondo Mario al bar Eden. Lascio comunque ai futuri ospiti di Casa Valastro decidere chi ha ragione!

One of the absolutely nicest AirBnBs I have ever stayed at! The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating and the rental itself was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was exactly as described and incredibly comfortable. Chiara and Michele were great hosts and provided wonderful recommendations in terms of restaurants, places to see, and helped us arrange a tour of Mt Etna which was the highlight of our trip! I definitely want to come back during the summer and stay here again - it was awesome!

Wir wurden herzlich von Alessandro in seinem wunderschönen und super modernen Apartment empfangen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Terrasse der Unterkunft und alles sehr gut zu finden. Die Wohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und lädt zu einem gemütlichen Kochabend ein. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und im Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage zu finden. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der direkte Blick auf das Meer und die erste Tasse Kaffee bei Sonnenaufgang auf der kleinen Terrasse. Alessandro ist ein sehr bemühter und sympathischer Gastgeber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Danke für die tolle Zeit! Rici und Anja

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hatte von sich aus angeboten, für uns einzukaufen, weil wir spät angekommen sind. Das war einzigartig. Tolle Lage auf dem Fels direkt über dem Meer. Frühstück mit der aufgehenden Sonne gegenüber. Besser geht es nicht.

Remote location fantastic for a quite holiday. Really liked views from the hot tub. First time arriving was difficult - we found a locked gate down a very narrow access drive. We had messaged Andrea with our ETA several times, so surprising we were met with locked gate. Overall though, enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was a great option for us to stay long-term in Sicilia outside the bigger cities but still close. We enjoyed our stay so much as it is calm with a beautiful view from the balcony, a fireplace inside and so many cozy corners. The flat has everything you need, is well equipped (really enjoyed the beamer for movies and the sound system for music) and Angelo was always so helpful. Acireale has very nice cafés and restaurants and after some days you get familiar with the surroundings and staff starts greeting you as it becomes a regular place. The station is a bit far but nontheless we enjoyed the walk there and so many other cities and places (including Etna, Catania…) are reachable within minutes or hours from there.

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

this is a spacious, homely flat with a great shower and comfortable bed. views are great and the terrace is wonderful (what a shame it rained every day - we only managed two breakfasts and an afternoon read and rest for an hour). hope you have better luck with the weather. bathroom us great with a strong and large shower. bed is comfortable. for me a fab. feature us the bedroom which is totally dark with the types of blinds. (you can choose to have it lighter). friendly host, clear instructions. try the Japanese restaurant (in am underground complex next to the little tower in tge garden opposite caffe epoca. Nobushi - lovely staff, terrific food! short walk to Gslatea metro which takes you into the centre and short walk to Catsnia Europa station where you can get a train to Taormina (trains are cheap, clean and comfortable (amd yoi can buy tickets on train line so super easy!)

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Noemi’s apartment was the best one in a row of apartments in our journey. First, Noemi is very respectful and caring - all the communication with her was a pleasure. Secondly, the apartment itself is much better it looks on the photos - it is cozy, qualitative amenities, 2 spacious terraces with beautiful views on Etna and surroundings. Every time we were at home it really felt relaxing. I need to admit fast Internet (was important for me as I was working), well working air conditioners in every room and overall qualitative equipment, furniture and plumbing - didn’t have any issues with anything. As for the location: there is a pool right in front of the entrance. The closest beach is just outside the residence - crystal water, but the beach is doubtful in terms of comfort. The only bad thing about our stay is Mascali itself - not the most beautiful and prosperous place in Sicily, but the residence, its comfort and views drive you away from that

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage sehr gut. Man braucht circa 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof beziehungsweise den Busbahnhof zur Unterkunft. Von dort aus sind es zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten des historischen Zentrum vielleicht 15-20 Minuten. In der direkten Umgebung sind einige Supermärkte, Cafésund viele Restaurants. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung! Gerne wieder!

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.

Wir buchen wieder!! Vielen Dank So einer wunderschöne Aussicht und so ein schönes Haus! Die Inneneinrichtung sehr sauber und elegant. Die Gegen sehr malerisch und ruhig. Die Menschen im Dorf sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Dorf, der sich und seine Menschen kennt. Ein Wohlfühlerlebnis. Wir müssen und werden wieder das Haus buchen und wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

Der empfang war sehr herzlich es gab auch ein begrüssungspacket mit nudeln sauce zitronen orangen...die wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die betten sind sehr bequem. Der blick auf den Ätna war atemberaubend. Wir waren 4 tage anfang März dort. Roberto und cettina wären bei problemen tag und nacht erreichbar gewesen was wir aber nicht brauchten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft und wünschen den beiden alles gute.
