This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Louisa was a wonderful host, meeting us at the apartment and giving us a quick tour. The apartment is stunning, perfectly blending rustic charm with modern luxury. My wife and three kids (ages 9, 12, and 16) all agreed it was a standout experience. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore everything. The high ceilings create a bright, spacious feel, and it’s clear a lot of care and investment went into the beautiful restoration. The Italian-made couches were so comfortable we want to buy them for our own home! The sauna was a fantastic touch and made for a perfect way to end our days. Every detail was thoughtful and well done. Out of all our Airbnb stays, this one takes the top spot. Thank you, Louisa, for sharing such an extraordinary space with us and letting us have amazing long lasting family memories!

Here’s a review based on your experience: I had the most amazing stay in Tuscany! The property was absolutely beautiful, and Alessandra was an incredible host. Her house was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One thing to note is that you’ll need a car to get around, but it’s worth it. The location is perfect for exploring the region. Prato, a nearby city, is a hidden gem with so much charm and beauty. We were also able to visit Florence and Milan with ease, avoiding toll roads and enjoying the scenic routes along the way. The entire area was breathtaking, and every day was filled with incredible sights and experiences. This vacation was everything we could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-located in Toscany!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Borgo is beautiful and even though the pool is shared with other guests, it never felt crowded or busy. The area is great for day trips, there are beautiful villages nearby. The sauna and spa was not in use during summer months, just the pool. In the evening at the borgo are hosted groups dinners, which means big groups come to eat at the restaurant. We didn’t feel bothered by this, as they leave before 9.30 pm and solely are at the area of the restaurant. Otherwise it is quite private. The kitchen was good, it had everything we needed. Thanks again! We love it there :)

It was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. There were no street noises, and the back patio was very charming. We wish we could have used it, but it rained during our stay. It would have been fantastic if the weather had been better.

Rafael è un host gentilissimo e disponibile in ogni richiesta. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, con bagno nuovo e pulito, cucina e zona letto che da attraverso una porta finestra sul giardino. Giardino bellissimo e perfetto per aperitivo e relax, con una sauna che arriva a 50 gradi circa. Zona tranquilla vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse, con possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ciao Rafael alla prossima!

La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e cura, pulizia impeccabile e la dotazione di accessori e servizi è completa. Anche la sauna è stupenda siamo stati benissimo. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalle principali attrazioni della città. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica e rilassante a Vinci.

Questo appartamento ci ha accolto con la sua pulizia, praticità e un pizzico di SPA grazie alla sauna in camera e a una doccia davvero confortevole. Una bella esperienza che vorremo ripetere senz'altro la prossima volta che verremo in zona.

Great place and well worth the price. Maurizio is very responsive and helpful. The locals might suggest you to drive into the city to leave your luggage, but don’t do it because is very difficult inside the city walls. Best leave it in the parking and walk.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It felt like being at home as everything was very clean and comfortable. Valentina was a great host as were the staff helping at the building for check in and exit. The apartment was close to a lot of the sites and walkable. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Angelo og co-host Chiara var meget servicemindede og venlige. De gav gode input til restauranter og hjalp med booking af kok - og så kom de hver morgen for at rense poolen. Ind- og ud-check gik super fint. Dejligt hus der fungerer godt.

Rube was an exceptional host and he was very responsive. When the cleaner forgot to leave shampoo and body wash, he made a special trip snd had it to us within 30 minutes. In addition, when our 9 month old came down with a bad rash, he called his own doctor and provided us with all the information to go to the hospital to secure a prescription if we needed it. The “ flip book” sent before Check-in provided many recommendations of local hidden gems and restaurants.

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in Europe and the US and this was one of the best. The home itself is gorgeous and is beautifully decorated in a way that showcases the house’s traditional architectural features as well as its historic function as a bakery. The property is also spectacular. Our group of seven had plenty of room and we made ample use of the kitchen, pool and billiards table. Ann and Maurizio couldn’t have been lovelier or more gracious hosts, from booking local dinner reservations for us to filling us in on local events and points of interest. We can’t wait for our next stay!

A casa de Veronica é um pedaço do paraíso. Perto de Pescia e, portanto, com acesso fácil a supermercados, restaurantes e outras comodidades, e ao mesmo tempo imersa nas colinas da Suíça pesciana, uma região de uma beleza ímpar e cercada por inúmeras cidadezinhas medievais que são um deleite de tão lindas e conservadas. Uma estadia inesquecível. A casa é muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho de algodão e muita qualidade. Super bem equipada, com banheiro completo, inclusive com chuveiro bom. Vale muito a visita.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.
