Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Metropolitan City of Genoa

Immobile posto in posizione molto comoda per chi ha bimbi. Svegliarsi con la vista del mare è una bellissima sveglia. Appartamento ottimo, ben distribuito, ottima pulizia. Il proprietario ci ha reso disponibile sia lettino da campeggio sia seggiolone per il nostro piccolo.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Genova verbracht. Der Blick aus dem Fenster hat uns verzaubert, die Stimmungen waren atemberaubend und die Geräusche mal stürmisch, mal kaum wahrnehmbar. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es tolle kleine Läden (Doro) mit ligurischen Köstlichkeiten (besonders der Käse und das Pesto Genovese) und gutem Wein. Mario war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Ausflugstipps für uns auf Lager! Auf den Pfaden von Anita Garibaldi sind wir gemütlich spaziert und in Santa Margherita Ligure bei Portofino haben wir den besten "caffè ever" getrunken... Vielen Dank Mario, wir kommen wieder, sobald die Parmigiano Reggiano-Vorräte aufgebraucht sind!

Sono molto contenta di aver scelto l'alloggio di Elena per il mio pernottamento a Camogli. Mi sono sentita a casa, lei è stata super accogliente e la comunicazione è stata chiara e amichevole fin da subito. La vista dal soggiorno è pazzesca, proprio come in foto, fuori dalle finestre c'è l'azzurro. È esattamente ciò che cercavo per 2 giorni di pace!

L'alloggio di Michele si è rivelato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di due notti con un bimbo di 1 anno e mezzo. Posizione centralissima, appartamento pulito e confortevole. Michele ci ha gentilmente fornito un lettino da viaggio e una seggiolina per il nostro bimbo. Ci ha, inoltre, lasciato un piacevole omaggio che non vediamo l'ora di assaggiare! Molto gradita la flessibilità nell'orario di check out. Assolutamente consigliato!

Bon accueil. Le logement est bien placé a proximité de la plage et Anna fait le maximum pour pallier aux difficultés pour se restaurer le soir en mettant à disposition quelques courses et la possibilité de commander des plats de leur restaurant. L ' endroit est un petit paradis avant l' arrivée des bateaux et après 18h.

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

L'appartamento ha il sapore e il fascino degli antichi carrugi di Sori. Ben ristrutturato e confortevole ha tutte le necessità per un periodo di vacanza. Dalla finestra della sale à manger so può godere di una splendida vista sul golfo. Lo stabile è tranquillo e facilmente raggiungibile.

The house is directly to the see. Everything is perfect. Laura is very friendly and helpful. We would like to come again!

Bei unserer Ankunft am Bahnof wurden wir von Lorenzo´s Mutter Laura herzlich empfangen. Sie war extra im Dorf eine frische, fast noch warme Focaccia für uns holen! Im Hause angekommen, gab sie uns noch eine Flasche selbstabgefüllten regionalen Weisswein. Beides war sehr fein. So ein schönes persönliches Ankommen hatten wir auf Airbnb noch nie erlebt! Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und zuhause. Das Haus mit dem wundervollen Garten und die direkte Nähe zum Meer sind einfach traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war angenehm geheizt, da es draussen eher frisch war. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in Sori, wo es neben feinen Restaurants auch andere Geschäfte für Lebensmittel etc. gibt. Hat man Lust auf mehr, so ist der Bahnhof nah und mit dem Zug erreicht man einfach die nächsten Orte. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Obschon es in den 4 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit oft regnete, haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Eine Oase des Glücks!

Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione fantastica e comodissimo per una famiglia come noi con 2 bambini piccoli, accesso diretto al lungomare e piscina condominiale apprezzatissimi.

WOW! This villa has the most stunning views of any place I have ever stayed. Elisabetta was so wonderful to us and responded immediately with any questions that we had. The accommodations were wonderful and the grounds of the villa were impeccable. We hope to return one day soon!

excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable malgré un petit problème de chauffage à notre arrivée mais vite résolu grâce à la disponibilité, l'efficacité et la gentillesse de Giovanni que nous remercions encore pour sa présence. Très fortement conseillé pour visiter la région et ses magnifiques villages ou même Gênes facilement accessible en train depuis la gare de Rapallo!

It was in a great location. Right next to the train station and the path along the water. Beautiful views of the sea from the room and it was also an added bonus that we had a park for the car. Giuliano was very friendly and responsive. It was a great stay.

Tässä paikassa oleellisinta on sijainti ja loistavat näkymät parvekkeelta. Uima-allas ei enää Lokakuussa ollut käytettävissä, mikä on ymmärrettävää. Keskusta ruokapaikkoineen, rautatieasema (Cinque terrelle menoon), rannat ja jopa Portofino on kävelyetäisyydellä. Nousua rannasta talolle tosin vähän tulee, hyvää treeniä. Sisusta on retroa, mutta kaikki oleellinen toimi. Paikalla ollut Paolo oli mukava ja hoiti kaiken mitä tarvittiin loistavasti.

Petit appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer (voir photos). Il est très bien agencé et rien ne manque, tant dans les équipements que dans les produits quotidiens. Giuseppe et Samantha forment une équipe extra : la propreté des lieux est remarquable, cet appartement est impeccable. Et Giuseppe est un hôte généreux et sympathique qui s'est montré très réactif. L'appartement dispose d'un parking, d'un accès à une piscine privée, à de très belles terrasses et à la mer. Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre dans les jolis villages aux alentours. La dolce vita assurée. Merci beaucoup à nos charmants hôtes !

Alloggio molto grazioso e perfetto per me e la mia bambina Posizione centrale nel paese e a due passi dal mare Pulizia simpatia e cortesia, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e l’host ci ha assistito immediatamente E infine: l’appartamento è insonorizzato e climatizzato, per notti tranquille anche in piena estate Consiglio!

We had a wonderful stay at Cinzia and Carmelo’s place in Moneglia. A lovely apartment conveniently located within walking distance to the beaches and main streets of this charming town on the Ligurian coast. A parking space, great air conditioning, comfortable beds and even a balcony with a view of the sea! The best bakery in town is a 5 minute walk away and we loved the rice pies and focaccia from there. Hearing the trains pass through was not an issue for us given all of the benefits mentioned above. Grazie Cinzia and Carmelo! We hope to return one day soon.

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We had a lovely stay at Golden House! We were warmly met by Roberta & Giambattista who led us to the private parking area and gave us a tour of their beautiful home. We had everything we needed for a quick stay in Rapallo especially an Espresso machine! A perfect location where we could walk and close to cafes and restaurants and the beautiful panoramic Lungo Mare. Communication was excellent in Italian & English with many suggestions on how to get around Rapallo. Their traditional Italian home is spotless and beautifully decorated and is just as charming as its wonderful hosts! Grazie to Roberta and Giambattista- you are so sweet! Gentilissimi!!!

Tutto perfetto, location meravigliosa, residenza top, host superlativo. l’unica pecca, non certamente imputabile all’host, è la presenza di vicini un po’ troppi rumorosi. Due notti di soggiorno, interrotte dal rientro “movimentato” dei vicini del piano di sopra.

We can not believe our luck with this place. I actually thought I was booking in Portofino. I am so glad we didn’t. Bianca’s place was quiet and over the top beautiful. Easy walk (not quite a mile) to Rapallo or Santa Margherita. We did walk to Portofino - about 4 1/2 miles fun but a bustling beach town with lots of high end shops. Bianca’s was a lovely place to relax and We swam right out front . The water is right below the balcony. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. Bianca was helpful with recommendations but also let us have our privacy. The perfect spot for us.
