We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

Great apartment with amazing view of the beach. Canneto is very quiet in the winter. Perfect for someone who is looking for a relaxing place to work remotely. The WiFi was around 25 mbps, but is being upgraded to Starlink next month according to the host. Located above a grocery store and a few good restaurants! I did leave early, but this was due to a change in travel plans.

This was a wonderful stay. Aurora was very attentive. She greeted us, said goodbye when we left and communicated in between. And the apartment was fully equipped, immaculately clean and perfect for us.

Barbara’s place was fantastic. The view is unbelievable. Will book her place again. Wonderful place.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Francesca qui est vraiment une hôte adorable et attentionnée. Malgré la barrière de la langue, les échanges avec Francesca sont top ! Nous avons été très bien conseillés sur les restaurants sur Giardini-Naxos et Taormina. La maison est très belle et l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description ; très bien équipé, literie très confortable, et spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le parking privatif est vraiment un plus 👍 ! Nous regrettons de n'y être restés que 3 nuits, mais nous avons choisi plusieurs hébergements pour notre voyage en Sicile. Soggiorno da Giuseppe molto tranquillo e con ogni comfort, la mia parte preferita è la terrazza dove si può pranzare e cenare con una vista su gran parte del paese

B&B situato in ottima posizione, zona tranquilla ma a tempo stesso a due passi da porta Catania. Camere pulite, letto comodissimo, graziosa anche la terrazza. Proprietaria gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Ampiamente consigliato

We had an outstanding experience for our family of eight! The accommodations were excellent and reflected the description and pictures. Giovanni and Elena were wonderful hosts and were responsive from the initial arrangements to our final departure. We would highly recommend this villa.

Our ferry to Alicudi was cancelled due to an incoming storm and we had to change our plans at the very last minute and get off at Lipari instead. Claudio responded to our request straight away and picked us up at the port within an hour. In order words, he saved our holiday! The place is beautifully decorated and taken care of, located halfway up the mountain with a stunning view, perfectly situated for walking up to the very top of the volcano or down to the sea. The bed and pillows the most comfortable we've ever slept on. Great table and huge terrace for writing and reading. We felt away from it all and yet a short walk to shops and restaurants, perfect! Claudio and Annie are brilliant hosts and were always quick to respond to any queries and requests. Claudio even drove us to the port for our early boat departure. We feel like it's fate that we stumbled upon these lovely people, this great place and this wonderful island... we are already plotting our return! Grazie mille!

Very pleasant stay, even though weather was not good, we enjoyed it very much. Antonio helped us solve all of our issues, was always here to help! We recommend very much!!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur fantastisch schön. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Wohnung war super sauber. Man sollte nur wissen, dass das eine Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, was für uns kein Problem war. Gerne wieder!

La casa di Flora ha una vista semplicemente mozzafiato, in una zona tranquilla, ma comunque ricca di servizi. Spostarsi in centro a Lipari è molto semplice e tendenzialmente veloce. La spiaggia è letteralmente sotto casa ed è una delle più belle di Lipari. Flora con noi è stata carinissima, super gentile ed ospitale, ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli utilissimi su dove andare a mangiare e cosa fare! Esperienza consigliata!

Tutto perfetto! Posizione ottima, nei dintorni spiagge, bar, ristoranti, ma allo stesso tempo silenzioso per dormire la notte. Consigliatissimo

This place is magical. The views are stunning. We loved the quiet isolation and large garden where we spent most of our time. We also love archaeology and were thrilled that we could walk to the archaeological zone in a few minutes. We can’t wait to go back and did not want to leave.

Donatellas place was lovely and big with stunning views out to the port and ocean from the multiple terraces. It was truly amazing. My mother in law (who was travelling with us) was born in nearby Valchiesa and we were back to visit relations. We visited the house where she was born and lots of relations who fed us very well. Some of us hiked to the top of nearby Monte del Fossa Felci which is the higher of the two volcanic peaks on Salina. An elevation of 960 metres above sea level from where the views were gobsmacking. The house was great and well featured and fitted the 6 of us very nicely. Unfortunately we had to leave two days early due to a storm and bad weather coming in which meant that the ferries to and from the islands would not be running for about 5 days. We would love to return again in summertime. We would highly recommend this property and hosts. :-) Chris, Karen and family

Cristina is a fabulous host that met us at the apartment at check in. The apartment had everything we required for a great stay, and if we did need something (knife, chopping board) Cristina purchased and delivered it promptly. We cooked most evenings and there are great shops selling all we needed to do so within walking distance. A beautiful beach is a stones throw from the apartment. There is a bus stop across the road to take you to Taormina and the train station, but forget the timetable, these buses run a rather erratic timetable all of their own. The apartment was spotless and roomy enough for a family of three. Would definitely recommend.

Casa funzionale e fresca, ottima la posizione. Tanta tranquillità ed eccellente l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità dell’host. Conto di ripetere il soggiorno magari allungando un po’ per trasformare la vacanza in quella che una volta si chiamava la villeggiatura.

Die Unterkunft von Antonio hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sie hatte unglaublich viel Platz und es war sehr ruhig in dieser Gegend. Es war alles da was man benötigt um zu kochen oder auch das Bad hatte alles an Zubehör wie Seifen Deos und weiteres. Antonio war immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl.

Mein Freund und ich waren insgesamt eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Die Atmosphäre war toll. Einen riesen Garten, gemütliche Einrichtung und alles wie beschrieben. Wir würden vermutlich nicht noch mal im Juli gehen, da es ohne Klimaanlage doch sehr heiss war, dies stand aber auch in der Beschreibung. Leider hatten wir ein Problem mit der Toilettenspülung. Alida und ihr Mann waren aber jederzeit für uns da und boten ihre Hilfe an, wo sie konnten. Sie hat uns sogar am letzten Tag zur Busstation gefahren. Der Aufenthalt war ganz toll!
