We had an amazing 5 day stay at Margaretas place. House offers very peacefull vacation with pool, jacuzzi and even sauna and great charcoal grill. House is very nicely furnished and has several ac units. Only one bedroom doesn’t have ac, so it gets hot with the doors closed. Many shops and restaurants in the village near the house. 10 minute drive to the beach! I would definately come back!

Schon im Vorfeld hat Agostino auf Rückfragen in Rekordzeit geantwortet und auch eine kleine Terminänderung war kein Problem. Vor Ort haben sich Rita und Pino unserer angenommen. Den frischen Salat aus dem Garten werden wir in bester Erinnerung behalten. Das Apartment selbst ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, auch die herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse, auf der wir die Morgensonne genießen konnten. Im November nicht unwichtig, wenn die Nächte auch auf Sizilien schon etwas kühler werden: Die Wohnung war gut geheizt. Und als Pino mir zeigte, dass die Heizung mit geschroteten Olivenkernen und Mandelschalen betrieben wird, war ich begeistert von dieser CO2-neutralen Heizung. Kurzum: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Settefrati.

During my recent stay at a villa in Sicily, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The villa itself was beautifully equipped with everything one could possibly need – from a fully stocked kitchen to luxurious bedrooms and a stunning outdoor area with a pool. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft !! Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ruhig , friedlich und von viel Grün umgeben . Sehr sauber, top ausgestattet , wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt . Danke für den früheren Check- in und den späteren Check- out . Alles ist sehr unkompliziert gewesen. 😊 Vom Zentrum rund 4 km entfernt, weshalb man grundsätzlich ein Auto braucht . Terrasini ist ein netter Ort mit vielen Geschäften , Cafés und Restaurants. Unbedingt lohnenswert ist ein Ausflug ins Naturschutzgebiet Zingaro !

Die Lage sowie die Unterkunft waren super für einen Besuch in Palermo. Fabio war ein super Host, wir haben selten so schnelle Rückmeldungen und Hilfe erhalten. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

This place is such a gem. There really are no words to describe the views and the apartment, on the grounds of a 17th century monastery. The air was filled with the scent of orange blossoms from the citrus grove and it must be the off season because we seemed to be the only guests on site for the three nights we stayed. We spent hours in the armchairs in the dining room in front of the double doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the ocean, and spent every minute it wasn’t raining out on the terrace enjoying the views of Cefalù, only a 10 minute drive away. Even the rain is beautiful in Sicily. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you may need. Francesco was super helpful and kind and quick to respond to every question. We hope this will be the first Airbnb we return to, when the weather is warmer in the summer.

Giovanni's apartment is a beautiful space, located in an ideal position to explore Palermo on foot. It feels light and airy with extremely high ceilings giving it a sense of grandeur. The welcome gifts of wine, pastries and sweets were much appreciated. Giovanni went the extra mile in making our stay as trouble free as possible. Our interests include the Opera and sailing therefore, we always time our vacation to ensure there will be a performance at the Opera House, which is just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. Additionally it is only a 15 minute stroll to the completely revamped marina. Make sure you visit there at 19:00 to see the dancing fountains!

Perfect location and amazing place in Palermo! My son and I stayed here for a week. The location was perfect because we could walk almost everywhere and the area is super lively. The apartment is quiet despite its central location. It was super-clean and looks just like the photos. Note that the second bedroom is down some stairs. The upstairs shower in particular had fantastic water pressure. They had basics like coffee and tea and even left some fruit for us, which was a very nice touch. We didn’t have a car but could walk to the train station in 20 minutes or so or get an Uber. It was close to an outdoor market (Capo) and to great gelato (Cappadonia). There was a problem with the downstairs toilet and we couldn’t it from Friday afternoon until they got a repairman to fix it Monday morning (I don’t think Palermo has the same “emergency” plumbers as we are used to.) This was not the owner’s fault and she even came by to check on it and apologize. Overall I would highly recommend

We had a great time staying at Francesca and Rossana’s place. It was the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Palermo after days out in the blistering heat! Location was good with access to everything we needed via bus or by foot. Highly recommend!
