Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria

Sonia and Paulo were the perfect hosts. They greet you on the highway to take you up to their hillside retreat! Once you arrive you are personally taken through the home and showed how to use all amenities! We were greeted with wine, fresh bread, tomatoes, coffee, milk, butter, juices, water! Other breakfast items so no real need to get groceries after a long day of traveling. The bed was so comfy I thought I was in my own house. The outdoor space and grounds are impeccable. We walked and picked some fruit on the grounds. It was too cold in February for the pool but it was ready if we needed. Anything we needed was taken care of. What lovely people. We followed all recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores and sites. Our stay was too short. We were very sad to leave this beautiful place and beautiful hosts. Book it! You will be so happy!

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Alloggio bello con vista mare e Etna Ottimo per potersi spostare tra diverse spiagge belle tra Ionio e Tirreno Servito da diversi supermercati a pochi minuti di auto Antonino sempre disponibile anche per telefono , è pronto a risolvere alcuni piccoli disguidi

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Our stay at Villa Constanino was great. the grounds and pool were beautiful and the outside kitchen a real bonus . The Villa made a great base for visiting places like Messina in Sicily, Schilla, Reggio and Tropea. Cotana where the villa is located was a bit quiet and only one beachfront lido was open but it was the end of the season. The villa owner was really helpful with suggestions of where to visit including an amazing wine tasting at a nearby winery and helped with organising taxis and very responsive when we messaged him. We didn't hire a car so if you don't like walking then would definitely recommend doing so but the walk to the train station only took about 15 minutes with regular trains available.

Good family business. very friendly and location is good. located in a small, sleepy beach town. Exactly what we were looking for.

La quiete di nome e di fatto! A due passi dal mare, spiaggia bellissima e non troppo affollata. Appartamento pulitissimo e Gilberto e famiglia sono stati eccellenti nell’ospitalità
