Un grazie ad Edoardo per la sua cortesia ed efficienza, sempre pronto a dare una mano quando richiesto. L'appartamento è esattamente quello delle foto. Perfetto per me che dovevo sbrigare un poco di lavoro aspettando che mio figlio terminasse la sua crociera su barca a vela. Silenzioso e connessione veloce anche se con qualche , rara, instabilità. Anche in questo caso Edoardo si è subito offerto di cambiare il router cosa che io non ho reputato necessaria. Un solo avviso, si deve essere muniti di mezzo di trasporto perché negozi, bar e ristoranti sono a qualche chilometro.

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Where can I rate 6 stars here again? Jette and Antonio's estate is a paradise that is run with a lot of heart. The pool and view are simply stunning, the cosy apartment is equipped with everything you need and the tranquillity of the idyllic garden is a fabulous contrast to the hustle and bustle of Rome. The metropolis can be easily reached by train from the nearest railway station, but there are also many picturesque towns and villages in the surrounding Latium to discover. Antonio and Jette provide guests with personalised tips and are great hosts!

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Casa del Gelso is beautiful, peaceful and magical! The gardens with fruit and olive trees and flowers was lovely to stroll around with wonderful views off to the west. Patrizia and her family were so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. When we arrived, the apartment was decorated for Christmas and there were traditional cookies and pannetore waiting for us on the kitchen table. Later Patrizia brought us a bottle of prosecco and Italian chocolate! Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing oranges and grapefruit from their garden. Patrizia and her family live upstairs in the large farmhouse and our family stayed in what is the entire ground floor with 4 bedrooms each with its own bath. We had ample heat for the chilly December days and nights and had a lovely stay.

The villa is wonderful. We have seen the pictures and liked it but when we have seen the villa we loved it. First of all I want to say what wonderful hosts were Adriano and Cristina. Communication was impeccable, they were always open to hear our needs and come with a solution to help us. They even made a delicious cake for us. They made our rent a pleasure. The Villa is located super close to the town and you can appreciate its beauty as soon you enter the gate to their land, as you could see the villa on the top of the hill. The rooms were huge and comfortable, the bathrooms were super functional and very modern, the kitchens has everything you need to cook and have some great dinners with your friends. The pool is huge and well maintained. There is a separate game area with table tennis and foosball table as well. The villa has also a wood burning oven and big bbq to enjoy some great time cooking. We have stayed 5 days and we had everything we need in the villa. I truly recommend this villa if you would like to have a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the views, surroundings and some great fun time with your family and friends.

We really enjoyed our Christmas and New Year week at this place. We were a company of 4 adults and 4 children and the villa fully matched our expectations. The layout of the house is really comfortable and provides enough space for privacy and at the same time for spending time together, like the room with the fireplace. The territory is green and has everything to relax: swimming-pool, table tennis, places for playing with the ball and BBQ. It is also within a short drive from Rome historical center- Piazza Cavour, which has a convenient underground parking from where it is possible to explore Rome. Flavia and Giuseppe are always in touch if needed and the communication is easy.

Wir waren begeistert! Das Haus ist ein Traum, den Tessa glücklicherweise mit uns geteilt hat! Eine leichte und unbeschwerte Zeit in schönster Natur mit stilvollem Komfort in Kombination mit alter, heimeliger Bausubstanz. Einfach toll!!! Lieben Dank!!!

Vista mozzafiato!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Anwesen von Stephane. Die Lage und Aussicht ist atemberaubend, wir hatten ungeheuer viel Platz (Familie mit drei Kindern) in dem großen Haus, auf den verschiedenen Terrassen, dem riesigen Garten und natürlich dem Infinity-Pool 😊! Die ganze Zeit waren wir völlig unter uns. Trotzdem war Stephane per Handy immer prompt zu erreichen und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle! Die Begrüßung durch Stephane war sehr herzlich, ausführlich und informativ. Die Gegend eignet sich gut für Wanderungen und zum Seele baumeln lassen, aber auch touristische Attraktionen wie Rom oder Pompeji sind gut erreichbar. Dass man in oder um einem allein stehendem Haus in den Weinbergen auch Ameisen, Wespen oder Mücken begegnet haben wir erwartet und war nie ein Problem. Wir haben uns in diesem Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen hoffentlich bald einmal wieder zurück!

Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

Everything was perfect, lovely rooms and amazing spa. Professional massage therapists and lovely host. The room was modern,cozy and intimate… perfect if you need to take a break from the city or if you want to enjoy the lakes around it. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t charge our electric car because the charging station wasn’t working. But we will be back 100% ! We loved it

What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huisje. Het huisje ligt naast het huis van de eigenaren en is echt een heel gezellig plekje. Je voelt je er meteen thuis en de eigenaren hadden zelfs vast wat dingen in de koelkast gezet bij onze aankomst. Heel attent. Het huis zelf is heel gezellig en huiselijk ingericht. Wij waren er een week met onze 3-jarige zoon en ook voor hem was het huis een groot succes. Er is ontzettend veel speelgoed en hij heeft zich erg goed vermaakt. De tuin om het huis heen is ook prachtig en heel groot. Er zijn verschillende lieve dieren en als bezoeker mag je overal rondlopen en rondkijken. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. We konden alles vragen en ze hielpen met van alles - van advies over de omgeving tot vragen over het huis. De omgeving is ook heel mooi. Wij hebben meerdere middeleeuwse dorpjes bezichtigd en we hebben goed gegeten in de restaurants in de buurt. Deze plek is voor ons echt een klein paradijs en een enorme aanrader!

Unser Aufenthalt hier war fantastisch. Die Villa ist idyllisch gelegen und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Landschaft. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und Marco-Antonio hat sich hervorragend gekümmert, war immer erreichbar für uns und absolut hilfsbereit!!! Beim Check-in hat auch alles toll geklappt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war auch überragend, es gab alles was man braucht. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Alcuni ospiti delle nostre nozze hanno alloggiato qui per evitare faticosi rientri a tarda notte. Sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti dalla sistemazione. Consigliata.

Siamo stati accolti da Gianluca e Silvia con una gentilezza e una disponibilta straordinaria, ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa nostra invitandoci ad aperitivi e cena insieme come se fossimo amici da una vita . Location veramente ben curata e pulita .La casa ordinata e molto pulita e la sua posizione ti offre diverse scelte da visitare con ristorantini niente male e spiagge sia attrezzate e non se vuoi avere un po' più di privacy e relax . Grazie ancora di tutto ragazzi torneremo a trovarvi molto presto . Assolutamente da provare .

Logement fidèles aux photos. Très propre comme dans un hôtel avec les savons, les chaussons… Carlo a été un super hôte, présent pour nous et a su répondre à nos demandes. Belle maison et beau jardin, on se croirait à la campagne. Attention à ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir complet, il y a un puit de lumière qui peut être gênant.

Un petit paradis ! Lieu paisible, très bien entretenu, ressourçant, joli. Le cottage est très agréable et décoré avec goût. La literie est top. La piscine est magnifique. Le parc est superbe. Giulio et Mariangela sont adorables et très réactifs sur nos demandes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le fait de pouvoir se baigner après une journée trépidante sur Rome ou ailleurs. (malgré la pente raide et les escaliers pour se rendre à la piscine !) Venez, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Prachtige vakantie op een toplocatie!

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!
