El piso está muy limpio y es muy acogedor! El tranvía está a unos minutos andando por lo que te da mucha facilidad para moverte al centro! Esta en un calle muy concurrida con todos los servicios, pero la casa es muy tranquila porque da para un patio interior. La cama es muy cómoda. Masoud contesta al momento para cualquier duda o sugerencia!

Bellissima casa e host super disponibile, per nostra sfortuna nel nostro periodo di soggiorno c'è stato un problema con l'acqua quindi non era disponibile l'acqua calda. ci era stato offerto un rimborso totale con cancellazione del soggiorno ma abbiamo rifiutato l'offerta volendo passare lì il weekend nonostante questo piccolo intoppo la permanenza è stata piacevole e se ci fosse occasione tornerei molto volentieri

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at! Giancarla clearly put a lot of thought and effort in decorating and furnishing it, and making sure you'll find everything you need. The location is practical: 15min walk from the train/metro station, and 5min from a tram line leading to the Colosseum and Trastevere. Also, plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment is as in the pictures, and was perfectly clean. The bed is super comfy, and it comes with a proper feather/down duvet! As mentioned, all needed amenities are there, and more. One of the few places where I didn't have to think "why hasn't the owner provided [insert essential item here]" 😅 Plenty of bottled water, and even wine and some sweets as welcome gift! Giancarla was a very gracious and helpful host. Highly recommend!

Recomendable 100% Giuseppe y sus compañeros estaban atentos en todo momento por si teniamos alguna duda, no dejaban de darnos recomendaciones, el piso está en una ubicación estupenda con conexiones a todos los lugares de roma, además de buenos restaurantes por la zona sin duda si volvemos a Roma no dudaria en volver a este apartamento.

Perfect location, short walk to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. Comfortable beds and very convenient with the elevator! The projector was really cool too.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und liegt sehr gut. Der Zug ist gleich in der Nähe. Von hier kommt man ohne Umwege in die Stadt Rom. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen jederzeit unterstützt. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.

Simone è un ottimo host, la sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità nel fornire le indicazioni utili al soggiorno sono state davvero apprezzate. La casa è accogliente, calda e dispone di tutto il necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno in pieno relax, molto ordinata e pulita. Sicuramente un esperienza piacevole e che se nel caso dovessi aver bisogno terrei nuovamente in considerazione!

Cozy, very clean apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Labaro train station, from there you can take the train to Piazza del Popolu in about 20 minutes, for us a perfect connection to downtown Rome. Adriana and her son Andrea are very friendly hosts. Gladly again!

Gli ospiti hanno soggiornato in questo appartamento fantastico a pochi passi dal centro di Tivoli, Piermario è stato di una gentilezza unica fin da subito venendo incontro a tutte le mie richieste e domande. È stato fin da subito reattivo e amichevole, come essere a casa. L’appartamento perfetto come da foto. Consigliato anche per un soggiorno lungo!!

muy buena ubicación. el departamento contiene todo lo necesario para dos turistas que necesiten una base donde dormir, desayunar, etc, sin pasar demasiado tiempo en el departamento. buena comunicación con el dueño, y agradezco la flexibilidad a la hora de salida, ya que habíamos confundido el horario de check out (pensamos que era al mediodía) y la persona de limpieza esperó un rato para que saliéramos

These hosts were fantastic and incredibly helpful! Everything was well organized; the house itself is very cozy and spacious for two people, and it is clean and tidy. The hosts offered us advice on matters even beyond the house. When we sought their guidance, they were remarkably responsive, for which we are very grateful! The house has everything you need, without any unnecessary items. Everything functioned properly, and we didn’t encounter any issues. The house is quite stylish and fully immerses you in the beautiful atmosphere of Ariccia! This is a superb place to stay for exploring Ariccia, nearby towns, and Rome (the train station is just a 30-minute walk through a lovely town). It's easy to reach the stunning lakes of Albano and Nemi, as well as the palace in Castel Gandolfo, all while enjoying breathtaking views along the way. Definitely recommend!

Massimo is a Super Host for good reason. Truly a perfect host. Quiet, very large, apartment with beautiful high ceilings, gorgeous building with courtyard, in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to many attractions. The apartment had everything we needed with two full baths, very large bedrooms, modern kitchen, and some cool tech. I can’t come up with a single suggestion. Maybe it is a little more expensive but a Super Host is worth every extra euro. We left feeling as if we had just stayed at a friend’s cool apartment.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

simplemente increíble. debe ser el mejor Airbnb que contraté hasta ahora. el nivel de detalles y servicio sorprende. buena ubicación, se escucha afuera bastante, pero a la noche no pasa nadie por lo tanto no te das cuenta. tiene todo lo necesario y más. Permitieron que dejara las valijas antes de horario. cosas para mejorar: microondas, simplificaría un poco calentar comida y silla de bebé en nuestro caso podría hacer sido un plus. estancia muy cómoda. no creo que pruebe otros deptos en los próximos viajes a Roma. gracias Marcelo.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in quest’appartamento a Roma per un fine settimana e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza fantastica. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, molto accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Inoltre Stefano è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente.

One of the cleanest airbnbs We’ve ever been. Close to metro, easy from airport if you have a car, but you need to park as a proper italian to find a place. There is no washing mashine, but there are planty of laundrymats around and in one hour you ve got fresh and clean laundry. Bakery, coffee place, nic restaurants around.
